      ASUS的由來

     華碩管理系統

     華碩管理系統2006年11月起整合為華碩品質管理系統(簡稱:GreenASUS 含ISO9001及IECQ QC080000)與華碩社會環境責任與安全衛生管理系統(簡稱:SERASUS 含ISO14001、OHSAS18001及EICC)。ASUS DNA

     什么是LSS?

     精實六標準差(LSS)是一種全員品質(Q)革心計畫,最終在改善顧客價值體驗,降低成本,提升速度並同時培養出更多優秀的領導人LSS三大目標?

     精實六標準差(LSS)之最終KPI革心指數,也叫常山蛇指數,不是 "革新" 而是 "革心",華碩模式的精實六標準差 (LSS–The ASUS Way) 是以LSS的方法,再加上華碩崇本務實與人的智慧進行再造華碩,在文化的根本上,打造贏的模式。最終的KPI是以 "革心" 的程度來衡量 最終成功的程度 (Mindset change for the Asus way – LSS cultural values)

     執行力的SPP

     再造華碩成功的另一個關鍵是執行力的 SPP,選對的人 (select the right people),選對的事 (select the right thing),把事作對 (do the thing right)。

     經過 BU Jumpstart process,藉由各個團隊分組討論達共識後,擬定出營運的重點目標 – the right things to win,並慎選專案。

     精實(Lean)是華碩LSS的核心價值,以華碩崇本務實的精神為基礎,再向GE(Winning)與豐田(Big Q)學習最佳實務,不斷積極在標竿學習中創新進化,發展出華碩自己贏的模式,我們叫它華碩模式 ( The Asus way: get more with less),永無止境地追求以最少的資源創造客戶最大價值。

     Lean是get more with less 的終極呈現,追求Value / Cost的最大化,「get more」是經由不斷創新工藝追求客戶的最大價值 (Value),同時「with less」是經由不斷消除浪費追求價值溪流成本的最小化。但在追求Value / Cost的最大化的同時,我們也要同時兼顧功能品質(Quality)與彈性速度(Speed),360 度的精實思維在華碩模式中是非常重要的,我們必須同時思考Value、Cost、Quality、Speed,以追求華碩的精實,The Asus way è get more with less 以最少的資源創造客戶最大價值。

     FELSA

     F:指的是Feeling of Target Customer (VOC -客戶聲音)

     E:指的是End Result (Goal -目標設定)

     L:指的是Lean (Value Over Cost -Get more with less)

     S:指的是Side Effect (副作用)

     A:指的是Alternative Solution (替代方案)Mind Share (心占率)

     「品牌」因華碩專注於品牌之後變得熱門起來,品牌的價值與烙印在客戶心中的印象息息相關,當目標客戶群想要買電腦,他們會想到哪些品牌的電腦呢?在眾中有印象的品牌中又如何突顯而讓人記憶深刻,直接從需求而被聯想到該品牌??

      這些被聯想到的品牌在目標客群心中彼此之間的相對權重,我們稱它為「心佔率-Mind Share」。心佔率是品牌價值的關鍵指標,當心佔率大時,品牌價值的相對位子也比較高,它會讓目標客群在有需求的時候想到它、在有使用情境的時候想到它,甚至在朋友來詢問的時候推薦它。所以可以它的威力之大,造成想經營品牌的公司都一直想提高它。
