　自20**年乂月**日来到我们公司，已有三个多月。在这三个月里，分别在科 室，跟硫化机车间主任，硫化车间实习实干，并写下了实习报告。通过这三个多月的 实习，我对公司的情况有了一定的了解，对产品的生产有了一定的了解。在这三个月 里，看到公司生产有序，公司逐渐壮大，感觉自己的选择是没错的。同时也准备好了 用自己的知识，为公司的发展尽一份力量。在硫化车间实干的这一个月里，我的收 获非常大。在这一个月里，我积极和王胜主任沟通，在这一个月里多接触一些模具， 多生产一些产品，遇到一些问题积极思考，在王主任的帮助下将遇到的问题进行分 析，找到解决问题的方法。例如，在生产的过程中，常遇到产品起癞现象，影响产品 的外观，严重的会使产品不合格，造成浪费。经过了解，这种现象主要是硫化时有气 体没能排出造成的。解决的办法是多回几次模放放气，并在起癞处放少量胶，这样能 大大减少起癞现象。在科室，跟硫化机车间主任实习期间，我努力了解我们的生产 情况，学习一些解决问题的方法，同时积极去干一些力所能及的事情，为领导多分担 一些事务。在这期间，看到领导们每遇到事情都不怕脏，不怕累，起到一个带头作 用，让我很佩服，也为自己树立了榜样。在实习过程中，我也发现了一些问题，我 们在生产过程中对硫化工艺没有要求，在生产的时候大多是靠经验对温度，时间进行 控制，这对产品的稳定性没有保障。硫化的三要素硫化时间，硫化压力，硫化温度决 定硫化产品的质量。第一，我们要想发展，需要我们努力提高产品质量，以提高我 们在同行业中的竞争力。我们在生产过程中要逐渐对硫化工艺进行控制，以生产出产 品质量更加稳定的产品。第二，通过交流我了解到，炼胶受天气的影响比较大，例 如，我们加工的管子胶，胶方中的石蜡规定放0。7份，在夏天放到0。4~0。5份的 时候，胶料已经不容易从胶车上拉下来，如果按照胶方中的量，胶可能粘在胶管上， 很难扒下来，而到冬天的时候，加到0。7份的时候，胶料太硬，车间在生产的时候

　很不好用，往往要加到0。9~1份。第三，我们的胶方在调试或有新胶方时，缺少跟 踪，缺少完善，往往在某些时候严格按照胶方加出的胶，车间反映不好用，我们又缺 少专门从事胶方调试的人，而只能靠炼胶工人自己调试，这样不利于公司长期发展。

　虽然自己已经毕业两年，但对橡胶深入的生产还不够，对生产的知识了解不多。我会 努力学习，用我的知识为公司的发展尽自己的一份力量。来到我们这里，已经三个月 了，望公司领导对我的表现作出评价，若有机会，我希望公司领导多多帮助，我会在 领导的带领下随公司的发展一起成长。12内容。
