冬季消防安全工作施方案
为贯彻国家、省、市、及县教育局有关加强冬季防火文件精神。预防和遏制群 死群伤恶性火灾事故的发生，确保我校今冬明春消防安全。结合我校实际情况，特 制定我校今冬明春防火工作实施方案。
一、指导思想
以上级有关防火安全精神为指导，以“责任重于泰山”为理念，以 “安全第 一，预防为主”为方针，以消除隐患，确保安全为重点，以落实防火安全责任制为 内容，切实加强消防基础建设，加大整改火灾隐患力度，确保我校的消防安全。
二、工作任务
冬季防火期从即日起至 2014年5月 1日结束，共分为三个阶段。
1、工作部署阶段
学校要按照县教育局及和平中心校冬季安全防火工作的要求，从实际出发，研 究制定切实可行的冬季消防安全工作实施方案。
2、落实检查阶段
开展消防安全大检查，我校至少组织 2 次以上全面检查，每半月开展一次自检 自查。
3、总结阶段
学校要总结冬防工作的经验和不足，确保我校的安全工作落到实处。

三、工作要求
1、提高认识，加强领导。在思想上提高对做好消防工作重要性的认识，立足 防范，落实责任，突出重点，加强对冬防工作的领导。领导班子要召开专门会议， 明确火灾隐患重点，强化冬防工作的组织领导。
2、周密部署，明确责任。认真组织开展冬季防火安全工作。同各位班主任签 定安全责任书，组织各班开展以安全教育为主题的班队会活动。
3、冬防期间，学校领导要亲自带队检查，检查要全面，不留死角，对检查中 发现的火灾隐患要落实责任人，采取有效措施消除隐患。要重点对要害部位的防火 安全进行检查和防范，确保安全。对各室的电源、火源进行一次普遍的安全检查， 做到人防、物防、技防三管齐下配齐配足配好消防器材和必要的设备，加强安全工 作基础设施建设。
4 、健全制度，强化管理。消防安全负责人制定安全制度，建立 健全消防安全检查、火灾隐患整改以及用火、用电消防安全管理制度，并且安排好 值周教师做好检查、做好记录。值周教师要保证每天最后一个离校，确认各班用电 器关闭、门窗关好、学生安全离校后方可下班。
四、组织领导
为加强这次冬季安全防火工作的领导，我校成立冬季消防安全工作领导小组。
