　 尊敬的各位家长：

　 上午好，首先，让我代表学校党总支和学校行政对你们从百忙中抽出时间来参加今天的会议表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！

　 今天家长会的主要目的是为了沟通学校与家长的联系，了解学校与家庭各自对学生的要求，增进相互之间的交流，加深感情和友谊，其最终目的就是让我们的学生，也就是我们家长的子女在校学得更好，学有所成，今后有一个美好的前程：或考上大学或找到一个理想的工作，实现望子成龙、望女成凤的夙愿。这一点学校和我们家长的目的是完全一致的。高一是人生的一个分水岭，它前承9年义务教育，后启高等教育，是人生观、世界观形成的重要时期，是孩子的知识、人品、技能成长最迅速的时期，也是多事之秋。

　 今天，借此机会，我想跟各位家长谈三个方面的意见：

　一．学校的基本情况：

　 xx一中筹建于1924年，最早名为xx书院，后为xx县立中学，1958年秋始招高中班，并定名为xx一中，1995年列为xx师范大学第三附属中学。XX年6月，被省教育厅批准为“省级重点中学”。从XX年9月起更名为“xx省示范性普通高级中学”。

　 学校在县委、县政府的高度重视下，于1997年11月整体搬迁至新址，现在校园面积48000平方米，建筑面积25000多平方米，学校现占地面积万平方米，建筑面积万平方米。现有教职工261人，在编在岗教职工209人，学校现有48个教学班，学生2632人。

　 学校实行“三线四制”管理模式，三线即：党、政、工、团一条线抓思想政治工作，政教总务两处一条线抓学生生活管理，教务处、教研室、教研组、年级组一条线抓教学教研。四制即：校长负责制、岗位责任制、结构工资制、教师聘任制。学校坚持全面贯彻党的教育方针，全面提高教育教学质量，在长期的办学实践中，形成了“育人为本，全面发展，教有特色，学有所长”的办学特色。在各级领导的关怀和指导下，发扬革命老区精神，形成了“团级、朴素、勤奋、进取”的优良校风。近年来，学校发展是一年一个台阶， XX年高考本科上线384人，本专科上线696人，上线率达%，XX年高考本科上线456人，本专科上线819人，上线率达96。3%，超省平50余个百分点。XX年高本专科上线821人，上线率达%，本科上线497人，上线率%，其中本二以上上线204人，首次突破200人大关，再创历史新高。

　 二、学校采取的措施

　 1、抓师德建设，树教师形象。

　 教师树立良好的职业道德是做好教育教学工作的前提条件，也是教书育人所必须的。教师要有敬业、爱岗、奉献的精神，才能珍惜自己所干的事业，把精力与心血全部用于教育，用于热心培育自己的学生身上。因而，我校从抓师德建设入手，扎实开展师德教育活动，强化师德规范。我们组织教师认真贯彻落实《中小学教师职业道德行为规范》，不断提高教师思想素质，大力弘扬敬业、爱生、奉献三种精神，不断改进领导作风和教师教风，增强育人的感情投入，促进学生“ 尊其师而信其道”，变厌学为乐学、好学。

　 为了测评教师在学生心目中的满意度，学校每学期对所有任课教师进行一次测评，由学校中层以上干部亲自收、发师德测评卡，让学生进行不记名评价，学校根据测评情况和教师单独交换意见，及时解决教师教学法中的不足，并针对师德方面存在的问题，制定具体的整改措施，明确努力的方向。对教师正面引导，以活动为载体，丰富多彩的进行师德教育。学校通过发放问卷、社会调查、教师评议等多种形式，督促教师自觉按师德标准严格要求自己，自觉遵纪守法，为人师表。教育教师爱岗敬业，忠于职守，遵纪守法，自觉树立起教师的良好形象。

　 2、突出教学中心地位，扎实提高教学质量

　 第二，经常与孩子沟通。要多了解子女的学习、思想、情绪等状况。孩子正处于青春期，是属于一个充满幻想的季节，是花季雨季，他们智商很高，情商可能很低，处于多事之秋，他既是小孩，又是大人，家长要注意倾听孩子的意见，尊重他的人格，这样你们就便于沟通，就能发现问题、解决问题。从初中生到高中生，很多学生都处在一种不适应的状态，我把这种状态称之为“后初中状态”，症状表现为以下几个不适应：
