　 今年,我将在汕尾电大毕业，学习专业是汉语言专业，按学校的要求，在凤山中心小学实习。在实习期间，我虚心勤学，尽职尽责，上好每一节课，得到学校领导大力支持和其他教师无私的帮助。取得了较好的成绩，获得了宝贵的经验。现我报告我毕业后实习过程。

　 我在今年4月10日到凤山中心小学报到，担任二年(4)班语文实习老师。正式开始了我的实习生活，开始了从学生到教师身份的转变。这次我顶替的教师是黄 老师，她在教学上给了我很大的帮助，上课前给我提出课文的重要点，要怎样克服上课时的紧张情绪。怎样入手才能使学生易懂、明了，帮我分析上课的每一个环 节，如何更大程度的激发学生的思维，让他们更容易的发现老师的意图，接受新的知识等等，使我受益良多。我本来是11日开始上课的，但我并没有急着上新课， 只是在课堂上我只是简单介绍自己，了解学生基本情况，先和学生接触，拉近和他们的距离，为下周一的上课做准备。这样一来，心情放松了很多。

　 做好备课工作。现在的小学教材都比较活，有一定的跳跃性，而低年级每节课的教学内容并不多，知识点也比较细，在把握教材、掌握教学重难点方面有一定的难 度。备课时，要熟知了解教材，知道这课教学内容是什么，教学的重难点又是什么，结合教参书和学生的练习再来备教材，在教学时才会有清晰的思路。对于在教学 过程中无法串起来的部分可以请教一些有经验的老师。在备《四个太阳》时，通过阅读教材，参考有关书籍，我知道了课文重难点在哪。通过课文要让学生懂得什 么。在这些头绪理清楚了之后。再写一份详案。而且，李老师对我说过，小学低年级要多指导他们朗读课文。我也这样觉得，所以我这篇课文里面设计了些朗读的环 节。并首先是教师范读，接着学生模仿读。因为，有些东西可以通过朗读感悟出来。最后这堂上得很不错，整个教学环节，教学方法等都设计得不错。教学内容也很 流畅。夏老师也说进步很大。

　 活泼课堂氛围。上课，除了传授新知识，让学生学得更好，不应是一节课得全部。激发他们对数学的热情和感受 学习的快乐，是更加重要的方面。因此，课堂上老师必须具有一种教学激情和自信，才能感染你的学生。为他们提供宽松的而自由的思考环境，让所有喜欢说话的孩 子们都有机会和同学分享自己的发现成果，因此我不只是给机会让更多的学生有机会回答问题，而是给予更多的互动时间，让学生充分讨论或者提问之后给一点时间 把他们的做法讲给同桌听。这样让每个人都动起来，往往还会有不少精彩的发现呢!但是这样一来，课堂秩序怎么控制呢?这就得益他们老师原先制定的一些课堂纪 律管理口令。响亮拍三下手，学生们马上有反应：一面双臂做端坐姿势做好，一面说：快坐好!从而提醒没有留意到老师指令的学生。或者讲课时候发现有学生没有 看黑板的，老师就说：小眼睛，小朋友马上说：看黑板!诸如此类的口令，形成学生们的一种共识，这些教学手段在课堂控制中作用非常大。说到课堂的调控手段， 不得不提的是我们二年级的实习生也创造了一种奖惩方法：分组画星星。对于表现的特别好的组，每次加一个星星，纪律不好的组，每次擦掉一个他们已经得到的星 星，并对获得星星最多的小组进行小小的礼品奖励，这个措施结果很奏效，小朋友们也乐意为自己的小组争取星星奖励。

　 巩固教学成果。在小学低年级段，教学内容并不多也相对较容易，大部分的学 生都能很快地掌握。但即使出色的课堂仍会有学生没学懂，仍会出现学生一知半解的现象，学生仍会很快地遗忘，通过练习与作业及时巩固，查缺补漏，是非常有必 要的，而每一次的作业、每一次的课堂小练习、每一次的单元小测试都是一个很好的查缺补漏的机会。老师评讲时，只许学生听，不许学生订正，常用举一反三的方 法来评讲试卷练习，然后再让学生独立订正错误。把仍不会的学生集中出来，再进行个别辅导，而且同时发信息给家长，让家长在家加强辅导，尽量让每一个学生都 掌握好所学的内容，让每个学生的知识点过关。

　 经过学习，我感受颇深!上课，真是一门大学问。老师不仅要具备渊博的知识，还要具备相应 多方面的能力。比如，教师要有预见能力，你必须在课堂开始以前对学生的身心发展状况，教育内容的适合性，各种影响因素的干扰可能性以及教育效果的估计能 力。教师还必须将处理过的信息传输给学生，使其作用于学生身心的本领，教师还必须要具备掌控课堂的能力。教师在课堂上始终是占主导地位的，在学生面前要始 终处于良好的心理状态，以饱满的热情、愉快乐观、奋发向上的精神状态去感染学生，在遭遇到各式各样挫折情况下，仍能善于控制自己，保持良好的心理状态在学 生面前。

　 经过这五周的实习，说实话，我越来越喜欢教师这个职业。虽说，有些学生顽皮、捣蛋和老师作对，但他们都有一颗追求知识，探求 真、善、美的心，教师应该多关注他们。每当我耳边响起“老师您好”的时候，我就更加明确自己的目标是什么了——桃李满天下。我知道当教师不是一件容易的 事，既然我选择了这个专业，我就必须要成为一名教师，一名出色的教师，一名桃李满天下的教师。为了这个目标，努力、奋斗、拼搏。相信自己!加油!
