　 二、实习目的和要求

　 进一步了解保险，接触社会，将理论知识付诸于实践，挑战自己的工作学习能力，养成良好的工作习惯，积累工作经验，让自己快速适应社会的要求。

　 实习的目的是让大学生有一个了解社会的学习机会，接触实际，了解社会。增强劳动观点和社会主义事业心、责任感，并能够观察经济活动、识别和分析社会经济问题，学习业务知识和管理知识，巩固所学理论，获取本专业的实际知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能，借以实际地运用学过的专业知识，也希望能带来一些启示，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

　 具体要求包括：

　 1、培养从事保险代理人工作的业务能力，了解并熟悉保险代理人的日常业务和工作流程，学会进行工作。

　 五、实习内容

　 五天的实习生活，不仅仅丰富了我对保险的认知状态，而且教会了我如何做人，确切来说，是如何做一个社会人。

　 1、改变心态

　 尊敬你所从事的行业，肯定自我的价值。你所卖给客户的不是产品，而是产品的功能，真正去帮助客户解决问题。因此，你的无偿服务为给客户提供保障，甚至带来巨大的收益。你应该尊敬你的职业，不要羞于说出口，不要怕被客户拒之门外。不屈不挠，从任何事情都要有恒心。100个客户访问中，可能只有20个愿意听你的讲解，其中可能只有一个人与你签单，但不要因此而气馁。你应该看到，你又帮助了一个客户。提出问题的客户是我们最好的老师，赞美每一个提出反对意见的人，把反对意见当成是客户在咨询更多的信息。不要追究外界环境，清楚的分析自己的优势所在，并将它充分发挥出来。一个饱读圣贤书的人，并不一定能够把他的工作做到尽善尽美。懂得了知识，重要的是要知道如何去运用它，并将他它贯彻执行。知识的缺乏也并不意味着你就差人一等，知识是可以慢慢积累的，但懂得实践的好习惯却是难以养成的。所以，不要懊恼，你所需要做的，就是为自己设立一个切实可行的目标，并且围绕它去努力、去奋斗。

　 、沟通的重要性

　 太平洋财产保险公司有个很吸引人的地方就是它开放型的学习环境。每个营业区都集中有几个部门，每个部门又分为多个小组。每个部门在月初都会下达指定目标，各个小组在既相互竞争又相互合作的基础上完成任务。公司早上都要开一个小时的会议，前二十分钟是公司大会，由本部工作人员主持，其它各个部门采取电视视频的方式参与会议，会议的内容主要是唱司歌、朗读公司宗旨与准则、公司信息的上传下达、员工的直接激励。接下来的二十分钟是部门内部会议，内容主要包括：部门内部员工工作经验分享、疑难问题的交流与探讨。采取的方式有：游戏、个人发言、钻石员工讲话。最后二十分钟是各小组内部的交流，由小组长跟踪各成员的工作状况，组员之间的相互学习，进一步的帮助各成员完成工作任务。它们重点强调的是学习型的组织。

　 同样，要想在短暂的实习时间内，尽可能能多的学一些东西，这就需要跟老师有很好的沟通，加深彼此的了解，刚到太平洋财产保险，老师并不了解你的工作学习能力，不清楚你会做那些工作，不清楚你想了解的知识，所以跟老师很好的沟通是很必要的。刚开始指导老师就让我们各自叙说来太平洋财产保险实习的目的，想学些什么知识。在两天的学习之后又再次问了我们这个问题，只有目标明确了才能更好的达到目的。后来，几个指导老师为我们和新员工设定了培训课程，组织一起学习，还分成了几个小组，相互之间学习与竞争。每天在讲授的课程完了之后都会布置相应的任务，在第二天由老师及时的跟踪与指导。

　 、积极主动、挑战自我

　 首先要有积极主动的态度，遇到不懂的问题要及时向老师请教，并且主动提出要担当的工作。纳粹德国某集中营的一位幸存者维克托?弗兰克尔曾说过：“在任何特定的环境中，人们还有一种最后的自由，就是选择自己的态度。”

　 其次，承担工作之后要对自己的一切负责。不要把不确定的或困难的事情一味搁置起来，而是竭尽自己全力去完成任务。在工作中遇到的问题应及时记录下来，第二天就可以向老师或者他们的同事去请教了。一方面考验了自己工作的能力，一方面又增加了自己的自信心。譬如有一个任务是：搜集50个准客户的名单，然后分别打电话过去调查福州市民对保险的看法。对于这个任务，先应该用各种方式去搜集名单，可以去各个公司索取名片、可以使用企业黄页、可以让朋友转介绍、可以利用网络社区搜寻联系方式。紧接下来就是打电话了，之前要做好充分的准备，例如设计的问卷题目、客户可能做出的反应与提出的问题，根据不同的情景作答，同时记录他们的信息与疑问，最后进行分类、整理。

　 最后，要保持“一切归零”的心态去学习。只有当杯子是空的时候，才能装到容量最大的水。虚心向身边的每一个人学习，学习别人的长处为自己所用，这是一笔宝贵的财富。

　 、养成良好的工作学习习惯

　 知识可以不断积累、心态可以慢慢去调整、技能也可以不断的从实践中获得、惟有习惯难以改变。一个好的工作习惯直接决定了工作的成败。这点以前没有觉察过，工作中才真正体会到。

　 第一、要做到准时，这是最起码的要求，它能反映一个人的工作态度与作风，所以提前去工作点已成为了我的第一个工作习惯。

　 第二、达标，承担了的任务就一定要完成。这需要有一个合理的计划，把可能出现的意外也放置于计划中，工作就不会因为突发事件的发生而受影响了。有了好的工作习惯就更加明确自己所处的位置，不会为工作而工作，就如同有了航海图的船只才不容易迷路。老师要求很严格：要是当天任务完成不了，第二天就不要去上班了。我们也第一次感受到了责任的意义所在。

　 第三、学会做笔记。老师说过一句话：“只听不记，就像听演唱会一样，做完笔记之后还要马上把它运用出去，有了知识不用，一切都等于0”。早上接受了课程的培训，下午就一定要马上行动，把所学的理念讲授出去或者把所学的技巧马上拿来为工作所用。

　 第四、虚心听取别人的批评与意见。每天早上在检验前一天的工作情况的时候都要上台作个小结，然后由小组成员提出意见，包括好的与需要改进的地方，这样会有更大的进步。

　 第五，善于推销自己。勇于说出自己对问题的看法，并把它合理的表达出来是问题的关键所在。清楚自己的优缺点，管理好尚存的优点，将缺点慢慢转变成为自己目标所服务的优点。合理的转移自己的兴趣爱好，譬如，如果你把将来的目标设置为管理者，那么你就要现在培养适合的爱好：爱好演讲、爱好领导、爱好。

　 、“大学生”到“社会人”角色的转换

　 从一个学生转化为一个社会人，在思想的层面上，必须认识到二者的社会角色之间存在着较大的差异。社会人多了一份责任感，多了一份成熟，保持好的心态显得尤为重要。从现在起，我们就必须对自己的行为负责，以后想要成为一个什么样的人，现在就应该选择什么样的方式去做。

　 六、实习表现与效果

　 在学校与社会这个承前启后的实习环节，我们对自己、对工作有了更具体的熟悉和客观的评价。本次实习采取分散形式，原则上以就业实习为主，实习收获主要体现在三方面。

　 1、工作能力

　 主动参与保险市场调查等工作，同时认真完成实习日记、撰写实习报告。实习单位的反馈情况表明，我们的学生具有较强的适应能力，具备了一定的组织能力和沟通能力，普遍受到实习单位的好评。大多数学生能胜任单位所交给的工作。在毕业设计单位和有些企业，实习学生提出了许多合理化建议，做了许多实际工作，为企业的效益和发展做出了贡献。

　 、实习方式

　 实习单位指定指导人员师傅带徒弟式的带学生，指导学生的日常实习。学生在实习单位，以双重身份完成了学习与工作两重任务。我们同单位员工一样上下班，完成单位工作。又以学生身份虚心学习，努力汲取实践知识。我们认真的工作态度、较强的工作能力和勤奋好学的精神受到了实习单位及其指导人员的一致好评。

　 、实习收获

　 主要有三个方面。

　 一是通过直接参与公司的运作过程，学到了实践知识，同时进一步加深了对理论知识的理解，使理论与实践知识都有所提高，圆满地完成了本科教学的实践任务。

　 二是提高了实际工作能力，为就业和将来的工作取得了一些宝贵的实践经验。

　 三是为毕业论文积累了素材和资料。指导老师们在整个实习过程中尽职尽责，对保证实习质量起到了重要作用。实习开始时，老师们深入学生和实习单位，阐明实习大纲及实习计划内容，明确实习目的和要求。实习过程中，结合实习单位的具体情况，帮助我们学会具体地分析问题、解决问题，学会深化专业知识，用专业知识指导实践，指导我们做好具体工作;在业务不多的实习点，挖掘他们的实践经验;检查我们实习工作日记，把握实习情况，指导工作及时有效;督促我们认真完成实习报告。

　 实习结束后，老师们认真做好学生的实习成绩考核及评定工作，参加实习交流会，完成实习总结报告。

　 七、实习工作小结

　 “纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。在五天的实习过程中，我深深的感受到所学知识的肤浅和在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏。刚开始的一段时间里，对一些工作感到无从下手，茫然不知道所措，这让我感到非常的难过。在学校总以为自己学的不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现自己知道的是多么少，这些与实践还有一段距离。

　 “学无止境”。以前总觉得自己有多厉害，自认为自己学到了很多知识，可以去公司大展身手，好好表现一下自己，体现一下自己的能力，但是直到去了公司实习后才发现自己有多肤浅，多浅薄。的确，在大学学到了很多关于财经保险方面的知识，但是保险是一块相当广阔的领域，它不仅要求你有专业的保险知识，更要有相关的财经知识，以及知道包括历史，地理，政治，文化等等方面的知识，这样在介绍保险时才能跟客户对答如流，全面的向客户介绍保险信息。解答客户对保险的疑问和困惑。

　 在保险公司实习了一个月，实习的工作看似很简单，但却很辛苦，前半个月我的工作主要是在公司里负责整理文件和看一些历史合同以及流程，后半个月则是跟随指导老师出去跑业务学知识。在外面日晒雨淋的，每个潜在的客户都要去拉，很忙。甚至有的时候都顾不上吃饭和午休。

　 .证书只是进入职场的敲门砖,如果你拿到了某个证书但不会应用证书所包含某个学科的知识也是没用的.胸中还须有点”墨水”,没有真才实学,做起本职工作来也会力不从心啊!像,过了四六级不会就又能怎样,英语本来就是一门语言,你得会说,对外人也得敢说,不然人家还不是一样看不起你:还是大学生呢,口语都还说不出来!我在公司时就曾今遇到一个外国人来咨询，但是我的英语水平很差，所以基本上就不知道说什么

　 【录单】

　 在实习的最初阶段主要是熟悉公司运行的基本情况，以及自己所在岗位的工作职责。我的实习工作首先是从“业务管理部”录单开始的，实际上，用公司的话说就叫缮制保单，字面理解也就是出保险合同的地方。也就是根据核保后符合承保条件的投保单，缮制保险单，内容与投保单一致。缮制保险费收据，登录业务资料卡，并在签发的保险单证上加盖签单员私章。虽说录单这个名字很普实，但它担当的角色着实不小，如果录错了信息，万一客户出事了，索赔起来不只是手续麻烦，甚至会让客户领不到保险金，最重要的是会影响公司的形象。我刚开始是坐在严老师的一旁学习录单，录单就是录入保险合同里面的重要信息，因为大地财产保险公司成立不久，所以业务主要以车险为主。我第一步就是学习录车险，看着简单，其实要做好它很不容易。记得我工作的第一天，什么事情都不会，工作不知道怎么展开，后来还是通过自己的观察和模仿，才慢慢上手的。

　 【缮制保险单证】

　 根据投保单及核保人员签署的意见，由出单人员通过电脑缮制《机动车辆保险单》，经复核人员复核后出单。首先要客户提供资料有身份证、车辆合格证或者行驶证、购车发票。机动车辆保险的标的因险种不同而各异。车辆损失险的保险标的是各种机动车辆，主要是经交通管理部门检验合格并具有有效行驶证和号牌的各种机动车辆，包括各种汽车、摩托车。拖拉机、各种专业机械扯和特种车等;机动车交通事故责任强制保险与机动车商业险第三者责任保险的保险标的则是保险车辆因意外事故致使他人遭受人身伤亡或财产的直接依法应负的赔偿责任。机动车辆保险可分为机动车辆基本险和附加险。其中，机动车辆损失险、机动车交通事故责任强制保险和机动车商业险第三者责任保险是机动车辆保险的基本险。附加险因各公司的条款规定不同而异，附加险不能独立承保。

　 【单证清分、装订、归档】

　 对已填具的投保单、保险保险发票、保险证等及时进行清理归档，对留存业务部门的单证，由业务内勤按要求整理、装订，并将装订成册的保险单证在有效期内由业务部门指定专人妥善保管。装订合同看起来简单，其实，要把一份合同装订的紧凑、整齐还是有一些讲究的。刚核对好、盖过合同章的一份散装合同就会递到我的手上，我必须提防不能蹭花了印章。研究了那么久，我现在可以拍着胸脯说：经我过手的合同，印章模糊率不超过5%，合同作工工整率不低于95%。毕竟合同的工整与否也会关系到客户对公司印象的好坏。后来，严老师又教我装订保险合同，我才明确的明白，这些保险单有客户的亲笔签名，要我们存档10年，也让我明白了保险公司对客户的负责。学出单学了一个星期，我就已经熟练的掌握了出单系统，后来我开始学着吴老师打发票，这个是比较简单的，除了一开始打的格式有点问题重新来过之外，其后的工作就轻车熟路了。虽然刚开始犯了不少的错误，但是犯错会让我学会成熟，所以是很值得的。但是不能犯得太多，不然会被淘汰的。

　 【实习总结】

　 在以前我总是盼望早点到社会参加工作，因为我总觉得工作是一件很容易的事，可是当我离开校园，真的进入社会实习后，才真正体验到工作并不是想象中的那样，它不是一件容易的事。我由原来的学生变为一个职业者，在这一转变中，虽然有迷茫、彷徨，但没有充足的时间让自己来慢慢适应，只能调动自己全部的精力来马上适应这样的新环境。因此，在工作中不能有丝毫的马虎，没有机会让自己犯错误，每天都要打起精神工作，毕竟身边都有同行在看着你。总的来说在实习期间，虽然很辛苦，但是，在这艰苦的工作中，我却学到了不少东西，也受到了很大的启发。我明白，今后的工作还会遇到许多新的东西，这些东西会给我带来新的体验和新的体会。因此，我坚信：只要我用心去发掘，勇敢地去尝试，一定会能更大的收获和启发的，也只有这样才能为自己以后的工作和生活积累更多丰富的知识和宝贵的经验。

　 对保险公司营销、承保、理赔等业务流程有了进一步的了解，掌握了主要险种和相关单证，并熟悉保险业务员的日常业务和工作流程，学会进行自主工作。

　 熟悉了承保核保、客服保全、理赔给付、保险产品管理等保险业务流程，了解了保险行业的一般方式、方法和程序，具备了一定的实际操作能力。

　 对我国有关保险业的方针、政策、法规以及有关的国际惯例有所涉猎，并熟悉了重要的相关法律法规，获得了保险代理从业人员资格证书。

　 对保险公司的形成体制，即对保险公司的组织体系，管理体系，总公司、分公司、支公司、营销部之间管与责，权利的划分有了更清楚的认识。

　 对自己所掌握的有关保险的基本知识和专业技能，做到了理论联系实际，对专业教学的内容有了进一步的认知和体会，并强化了自己的人际沟通能力。

　 【实习见解】

　 通过这段时间的实习，我学到一些在学校里学不到的东西。因为环境的不同，接触的人与事不同，从中所学的东西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。当今时代的社会对于人才的要求越来越高，我们不只要学好学校里所学到的知识，还要不断从生活中，实践中学其他知识，不断地从各方面武装自已，才能在竞争中突出自已，表现自已。以下就是我对当前我国保险行业发展的几点见解：

　 .1金融保险行业所涉及的内容不但繁多且又复杂，几乎涵盖了人民生活的方方面面。随着我国保险市场的改革和开放，保险业发展突飞猛进，但各家公司为扩大市场占有份额，忙于搞营销大战，较少顾及科学的经营管理。

　 .2当前我国金融保险市场正日趋完善，然而自入世后，我国也进一步开放了保险市场，外资保险公司所具有的资金雄厚、管理技术先进、经营水平高、风险管理能力强等优势，给我国的保险公司带来巨大的竞争压力。

　 .3为了迎接市场开放的挑战，我国的保险公司只有转变经营理念，加强保险经营管理，提高保险经营技术，防范经营过程中的各种风险，才能与外资保险公司抗衡，在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

　 .4结合国内外保险业经营的现状和发展趋势，对保险从业人员的专业技能要求更高，不但要具有良好的职业道德、较强的保险业务经营技能，更要具备一定的保险工作实际能力和较强的心理素质。

　 【实习心得】

　 短短几个月的实习工作使我受益匪浅，不仅让自己开阔了眼界，最主要的是懂得了如何更好的为人处事。当今社会一直处在加速的发展变化中，所以对人才的要求也越来越高，我们要用发展的眼光看问题，就要不断提高思想认识，完善自我。这段实习工作使我成长了不少，从中有不少感悟，下面就是我的一点心得体会:

　 .1要在日常的生活中懂得监督自己，没有老师日常的灌输和同学在身边的提醒，必须自己认清事情的事实而避免出现错误。在工作中努力运用自己的自学能力，只有自己明白理解了才会体现出它本身的价值。

　 .3要懂得人际关系的处理问题也是我在实习中要获取的能力。处理好自己的人际关系就会有好的工作环境，而一个好的工作环境往往会影响一个人的工作状态，并更利于自己信息的获得和公司未来的发展。

　 .4要在实习中拜广大工作人员为师，虚心学习他们的好品质、好作风和好的工作方式，全面提高自己的综合素质，把自己培养成为合格的经济工作者，并培养艰苦创业精神和社会责任感，形成热爱专业、热爱劳动的良好品德。
