　　Hi，同学们好！不要小看我（enough）啊！在日常英语交际中，真可以说没有我出面帮忙难免显得意思表达上有点欠“充分”，内容理解上不“够”深刻。你认为呢？　　1.用我（enough）作形容词，含“充分的，足够的”之意。修饰名词，前置或后置均可，只是后置比前置语气强。例如：
　　Is there enough space for all the desks？（= Is there space enough for all the desks？）
　　有地方放下所有的课桌吗？
　　I’m sorry, but I don’t have enough time to do the job.
　　很抱歉,我没有足够的时间做这项工作。
　　2.用我（enough）作名词, 意为“充分，足够”。例如:
　　Enough has been said on this subject.关于这个题目说的已足够了。
　　I’ve eaten more than that enough.我已吃得过饱。
　　3.用我（enough）作副词, 意为 “充分，够”，在句中的位置应特别注意，必须置于所修饰的形容词或副词之后。例如：
　　The boy is old enough to go to school.
　　这男孩到上学年龄了。（修饰形容词）
　　He walked fast enough to catch up with us.
　　他走得很快赶上了我们。（修饰副词）
　　注意：①此时的我（enough），常用于下面的复合结构中：主语 + adj/ adv + enough for sb + to do sth。例如：
　　The novel is easy enough for a five-year-old boy to read.
　　这本小说很容易，5岁的孩子读得懂。
　　②在上述复合结构中我（enough）需提醒同学们的是：在动词不定式中若动词的逻辑宾语与主语表达的是同一人或物，必须省略此宾语。例如：
　　这箱子太重，我搬不动。
　　A. The box isn’t light enough for me to carry it.(F)
　　B. The box isn’t light enough for me to carry .(T)
　　③我（enough）的这种句型常常与too…to结构，so… that结构进行同义句转换。例如：
　　李明年龄太小了，不能参军。
　　A .Li Ming is so young that he can’t join the army.
　　B. Li Ming is too young to join the army.
　　C. Li Ming isn’t old enough to join the army.
　　4.我（enough）还有些习语和谚语，你听说过吗？例如：
　　Enough is as good as a feast.
　　知足常乐。（谚语）
　　Enough is enough.适可而止。（习语）
