　　大学生就业准备不是到了毕业时才开始的，所以为了让我们能更快的适应社会，学校通过各方面联系，给我们所有09级学生提供了为期两个月的寒假实习机会。2016年1月8日，在别人还在准备考试的时候，我们08级四百多名学生来到了北海进出口加工区。我们制冷班没有和数控三个班分去建兴，而是被分去了永昶科技电子有限公司，在办手续、培训等事宜结束后，12号我们正式开始了我们的实习生活。

　　工厂里都是流水作业的，这就要求员工有很强的团队精神和责任感，不仅自己要速度快，还不能因为自己而影响其他人。我是在pu车间工作，我们这个车间生产出来的可以说是最终的成品了，所以要求十分严格。我的工位是合拢线的修理外观，就是把整条生产线做出来，经外观监督人员检查出的不良成品进行处理，尽力使其变成合格品。因为流水线的快慢并不影响我的工作速度，所以刚开始我的工位可以说是十分轻松，别人都要急急忙忙的赶产量，而我一天下来也就几百的工作量。也许是多年作为学生养成的习惯，我持着一颗好奇的心，东看看西学学。熟话说技多不压身，多学点东西总没错，不能抱着自以为是的心态，虚心求教才不会令人生厌。

　　后来班长认为不良品太多了，就把所有准备开始做最后测试的工件让我检查修理过才下料，我的工作量一下就从几百跃升至几千。有时候我不是很理解班长的管理方法，老是不停地让我们做事，到下班还不肯放人，让我常常不得不加班十几二十分钟，虽然常让我有一种无能为力的感觉，但我也还是会按她说的去做，因为我明白在日常工作中上级欺压、责备下级是不可避免的，不能互相理解也是常有的事，而学会忍耐却是十分重要的。别人批评你或是你听取他人的意见时，也一定要心平气和，虽然被批评是很难受的，但是只有这样才能在失败中吸取教训，从那里跌倒就从哪里爬起来，绝不再犯下同样的错误，我们已不是那要靠父母、靠老师的小孩，从学校走向社会，从学生变成社会人，是大学生的角色大转换，要担当起自己新的社会角色，胜任工作，开启人生的新征程，必须在知识、能力、态度等方面做好充分准备，必须学会以一名成年人的姿态积极独立的面对、处理问题。

　　我们这次的实习虽然不是本专业的实习，但是社会经验的累积对我们来说却是十分重要的，社会犹如大海，如果我们不懂"水性"，不掌握规律，没有经验，就难以在社会中"畅游"。除此之外，我也明白了沟通的重要性，工厂里工作的人可以说有点"混乱"，各个年龄层的都有，我听到最小的好像还有94年的，大的也有30、40岁的吧，他们的文化水平都比较低，说话也比较粗鲁，但是不可否认的是他们的社会经验比我们都丰富。通过和不同人的交往，我得到了很好的锻炼。在保持自信、自主、自重、自控前提下，见什么人，就要以什么态度说什么话，摆脱以自我为中心的习惯，正确"交友"，关注他人、帮助他人；要尊重、接纳不同文化背景、不同年龄、不同生活方式的各种人；要以谦虚坦诚的态度去接纳不同的意见。

　　实习日子都是单调又乏味的工作，每一天都埋头于工作中，并没有心思去想别的事，有时候感觉就像是度日如年，时刻都想着何时才能休息，确实十分辛苦，有很多同学都坚持不下去了，也有人是第二阶段就不来了，可是以后工作了又怎么办，难道一不适应就在家呆着不去工作了吗?世上并不是所有事都顺如人意的，人也总有想要逃避的时候，但我们只能去适应环境，而不能要求环境适应自己。实习本来就是一种磨练的过程，不经风雨，怎见彩虹，没有人能轻轻松松成功的，吃得苦中苦，方为人上人，这也是磨练我们意志力的时候，人家其他学校的人都可以坚持6个月，我的两个月也不算什么，我想苦涩之后一定是甘甜的。
