《南水北调与水利科技》：预应力钢筒混凝土管阴极保护技术应用介绍（胡士信,王东黎,张本革,窦宏强,陈弘,钱德琳）（摘要）

摘要：预应力钢筒混凝土管（PCCP）在国内的供水工程中已得到了广泛认可，应用越来越多，南水北调北京段就采用了DN4000mm的PCCP管。为防止PCCP管中钢质结构（钢筒和预应力钢丝）的腐蚀，国外对PCCP管道采用了阴极保护技术，成功克服了PCCP管的腐蚀，延长了PCCP管的使用寿命。介绍了利比亚“大人工河”及国际上几个工程中PCCP管道的防腐蚀做法，分析了造成PCCP管腐蚀的机理和应采用的防护方法和标准；
并针对南水北调北京段PCCP管的保护，介绍了采用带状锌牺牲阳极进行保护的设计理念和方法。

Cathodic Protection for Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe

Abstract:Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(PCCP) is widely used for water-supply project,for example,the PCCP of DN 4000 mm has been applied for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.To avoid the corrosion of steel structure (steel cylinder and prestressed steel bar)embedded in concrete,cathodic protection (CP) technology is used in the world,which can successfully prevent the corrosion of PCCP and improve the lifetime of PCCP.The paper introduces the anti-corrosion practices used for Libya Great Man-Made River Project and other projects,analyses the theory of corrosion,protection method and criterion for PCCP,present the design methods of anti-corrosion for PCCP,by using sacrificial Zincribbon anode for Beijing section of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
