　同志们：

　经过此次领导培训班班的学习，全市领导干部培训训班今天就要结业了。这次为为期三天的培训学习，在同志志们的共同努力下，这次培训训班举办得非常成功。市四套套班子成员，县(市）区党政政一把手和市直部门一把手共共110多人参加了学习培训训。市委对举办这次培训班高高度重视，对培训内容作了精精心安排和准备。培训班期间间，围绕加强党的执政能力建建设，推动我市经济社会又好好又快发展，努力构建和谐社社会三个专题进行学习研讨，，充分体现了中央、省委的战战略部署和要求，体现了张德德江同志最近对肇庆工作的重重要指示精神，体现了市委、、市政府当前和今后一个时期期的工作重心，符合我市发展展实际和发展要求。在学习培培训过程中，全体同志学风端端正，严守纪律，认真听课，，深入思考，交流体会，研究究工作，做到领导辅导与专家家授课相结合、集中学习与分分组讨论相结合、学习理论与与研究工作相结合。这些都说说明了同志们非常重视和珍惜惜这次学习机会，表现出了强强烈的求知欲望、扎实的整体体素质和良好的精神风貌。通通过学习培训，达到了明确方方向、把握大局，统一思想、、增强信心，加强学习、提高高能力的目的要求。综合几天天来同志们学习讨论交流的情情况，这次培训班，在几个主主要方面收到了实效：
