　为庆祝中国国共产党成立**周年，进一一步增强党员的党性意识和光光荣感、使命感，加强党的组组织建设、思想建设和作风建建设，回顾党的光荣历史，讴讴歌党的丰功伟绩，增强党员员意识，激发广大党员干部职职工干事创业，岗位立功的热热情，安徽源光电器有限公司司党支部积极开展迎“七一””党建系列活动，现将具体活活动总结如下：

　 “七一””前夕，安徽源光电器有限公公司党支部召开支部会议，为为周本勇、陈诚、郭海兵三位位预备党员转正为正式党员，，会议由支部书记梅丽玲主持持，支部全体党员参加了会议议。周本勇、陈诚、郭海兵三三位同志向党支部真实、严肃肃地汇报了自己的思想、学习习和生活方面的表现，表明了了自己要求加入党组织的态度度，并对自己的不足之处进行行了认真的剖析。随后入党介介绍人分别就三位同志平时工工作和生活的表现情况向党支支部进行了汇报。参加会议的的党员们展开了充分的讨论，，肯定了三位同志在工作中的的优异表现，同时也实事求是是的指出了一些不足，并希望望他们发扬优点，改正缺点，，不断进步，以尽快达到一名名真正的共产党员的标准。经经到会有表决权正式党员的表表决，通过了三位同志的转正正申请。

　最后，支部梅书记记希望三位同志和全体支部党党员在今后的工作中要勇于担担当，切实履行一个党员就是是一面旗帜的承诺，在思想建建设、工作生活作风等方面争争先创优，形成你追我赶的良良好氛围，在相互促进中共同同进步，提高自身能力，在细细微中体现一名共产党员的先先进性。

　为进一步推进创先先争优、弘扬正气，宣传先进进模范事迹，以身边的先进激激励人，以榜样的力量鼓舞人人，在本次支部会议上还对***年度源光支部优秀共产党党员进行评选，推荐人分别对对向文新、张霞、王祥胜3位位候选人工作经历、先进事迹迹及申请优秀党员的详细理由由等进行陈述，在支部评选交交流，大家认为上述三名候选选人认真学习党的方针政策，，发挥党员模范带头作用，在在自己的工作岗位上兢兢业业业、以身作则、恪尽职守，得得到了大家的认可，符合“讲讲党性、重品格、做表率”的的优秀共产党员的评选标准，，所有与会的正式党员秉着公公平公正的原则执行自己的权权利与义务，投下了郑重的一一票。

　公司党支部指导员温温海清总经理最后讲话，对上上述人员当选表示祝贺，同时时希望广大党员充分发挥党员员的先锋模范作用，在接下来来的企业搬迁和生产中进一步步统一思想，凝神聚力，以更更加昂扬的斗志，更加务实的的作风，抢抓机遇，创新争先先。要敢于做事，敢于担当，，敢于支持，敢于创新，保持持党员热情，为公司更好更快快发展做出应有的贡献。围绕绕非公企业党建“双强六好””目标，打造宜黄线党建工作作示范企业。

　为加强党员的的党性教育，提高党员的思想想政治素质，进一步增强党员员的宗旨意识和奉献意识，更更好地发挥先锋模范作用。***年6月29日，源光支部部书记梅丽玲带领我司一行114名党员和积极分子前往红红色旅游经典景点和爱国主义义教育活动的重要场所——皖皖南事变烈士陵园，举行“庆庆七一、缅怀先烈，重温入党党誓词，做合格党员”活动，，在烈士陵园纪念碑前，面对对鲜红的党旗，大家郑重地举举起右手，在组织委员李四毛毛的领读下，大声宣读入党誓誓词，雄浑的声音回荡在陵园园上空，铿锵有力的话语表达达了忠诚于党，为党的事业奋奋斗终身的炽热情怀。大家都都深深感受到作为一名党员的的责任和自豪，心灵深处再次次受到强烈的震撼。誓词活动动结束，不管是入党积极份子子，刚入党的预备党员，还是是有30多年党龄的老党员，，都表达了一个共同的感受：：心情激动。他们将把这种震震撼和感动化作工作的动力。。大家纷纷表示，这次活动不不仅增进了对我党革命历史的的了解，更让大家认识到所肩肩负的使命和重担，愈加坚定定了立足本职岗位，全心全意意为人民服务的决心。梅书记记最后要求所有党员不仅在形形式上入党，更要在思想上和和行动入党，成为公司生产建建设标兵。

　随后全体党员参参观了皖南事变史料陈列室，，仔细了解了皖南事变的整个个过程。活动结束后所有人员员赴江南第一漂参加漂流活动动。

　定期召开支部党员大会会是党的基层支部应该长期坚坚持的重要制度，也是健全党党的组织生活，严格党员管理理，加强党员教育的重要制度度，是我党经过长期实践证明明的一种行之有效的党组织生生活制度。

　6月8日，源光光支部组织6月份支部党员大大会，温海清总经理、开发区区党建指导员程江宁书记、党党支部书记梅丽玲和源光公司司正式党员、入党积极分子等等15人参加会议。会议由支支部书记梅丽玲主持，梅书记记首先带领与会党员认真学习习中国共产党新时期发展党员员的方针要求，要坚持以邓小小平理论、“三个代表”重要要思想、科学发展观为指导，，牢牢把握加强党的执政能力力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设设这条主线，坚持解放思想、、改革创新，坚持党要管党、、从严治党，按照“控制总量量、优化结构、提高质量、发发挥作用”的总要求，明确目目标、突出重点，健全机制、、务求实效，不断提高党员发发展和管理工作科学化水平，，着力把各方面先进分子和优优秀人才更多吸收到我们党内内，努力建设一支规模适度、、结构合理、素质优良、纪律律严明、作用突出的党员队伍伍，夯实党执政的组织基础，，为全面建成小康社会、夺取取中国特色社会主义新胜利提提供坚强组织保证。支部会议议上，党员结合公司实际畅谈谈对新时期发展党员的认识，，并表示严格按照党员标准要要求自己，做一名合格优秀的的共产党员。

　结合实际，，贯彻落实“十八大”精神，，结合党的帮扶政策和中国农农村扶贫开发纲要的要求，66月9日，我司总经理温海清清、党支部书记梅丽玲等一行行10人驱车带上米、面、油油和糕等慰问品到梅林镇敬老老院对孤寡老人进行慰问。通通过发放慰问品的方式把党的的温暖送到他们手中，以体现现党组织对他们的关心和照顾顾，把党内关怀帮扶机制落到到实处。在随后的交谈会上，，温总表示对孤寡老人的慰问问活动将做为源光支部的一项项常态工作。让老人们真正感感受到“老有所养、老有所医医、老有所教、老有所为、老老有所学、老有所乐”。
