　　7月27日至8月24日，根据学校安排，我在xx人民广播电台开始为期一个月的暑期实践，被分到新闻广播采访部。在实习期间，或亲身体验、或静观其变，在一些细微之处，我学到了很多东西，受到了很多启发，同时，也发现了自身的不足之处。一个月的实习时间虽然很短，要学的东西很多，但直接接触媒体行业并参与第一线的工作就像一本活的教科书，期间经历、学习的事情都使我终身受益。以下是我本次实习的心得报告。

　　我的指导老师是xx人民广播电台新闻广播采访部的赵老师，主要跑口为党校、农业、消防、人大和部队等。由于选择在广播电台实习，不同于平面纸质媒体，所以前期主要学习了录音笔的使用、音频文件的编辑和电话采访的录音等相关技术，并初步了解了电台新闻的播放流程。

　　作为一名实习生，去现场、参与新闻采访是我们最大的心愿。在实习第二天，我就正式开始跟随老师跑新闻。实习期间，由于老师跑口的缘故，大多参与的都是一些会议新闻的采访工作。虽然比较简单，但对于一个初学者来说，却是了解采访流程和学习会议新闻写作的重要机会。此外，还在老师的指导下参加了几次活动的采访，学习了现场活动的新闻写作方法。不仅如此，能够独立前往省人大、省政府、省军区等单位也成为我非常难得的经历。由于大一暑假曾经在xx《xx都市报》实习，两次不同媒体的锻炼使得本次实习有较大收获。

　　首先就是对不同级媒体新闻写作的体会。大一时在市级都市报的实习，老师非常注重新闻报道可读性要求，要尽量还原现场，用细节增加生动性。而这次在省广播电台的实习，老师专门提醒我注意语言的正式和一些政治上的常识。比如一次我独自参加省人大的主任会议，回来在写稿时，老师叮嘱我要注意领导的出场顺序，并交我写一些此类会议新闻的固定格式、固定用语等内容。

　　其次是学习到广播新闻与平面新闻写作的差异。因为广播新闻借助人们的听觉传播，所以在写作时语句不可过长，尽量使用短句;不可过多使用数字，否则反而不易让听众捕捉信息;尽量使用口语化、简洁易懂的词语，避免生僻词的使用。此外，为突出广播媒介特性，非常注重音响原声的使用，尤其是对于现场活动的报道。比如我在实习第二天采访的《军事科技知识展览举办》，那是一项为丰富小学生假期生活举办的活动，现场有不少前来参观的小朋友。在采访时，老师就告诉我要注意对小朋友的采访，并录下现场活动的背景音乐。通过后期制作，让这篇普通的活动报道从口播新闻变为音响报道，大大增强了新闻的现场感和可听性。

　　再次是学会了音频文件的剪辑技术。因为广播新闻最后的新闻成品是以声音的形式让广大受众接收到的，所以音频文件的剪辑就成为广播新闻的基本编辑手段。由于之前从未接触过相关内容，老师简单地指导一番后，确实花了我不少功夫练习那个专业软件的使用。老师为了让我深刻体会到广电媒体对于技术参数的严格要求，还专门多次让我到录音棚去学习、比较不同格式下音频文件的效果差异。当我听到录音棚的老师对于拿来制作的稿件要求在秒以后的单位时，才深刻体会到广电系统对于技术的要求是多么苛刻。

　　最后就是独立采访和采写深度报道的经历。大一时虽然也已经有机会体验独立采访，但回到报社后的稿件都是一些小“豆腐块”消息，只是一种初级采写的锻炼。而这次在省电台的实习，采访部正好在做一组关于初高中乱收费的深度报道。在老师的指导下，我独立采访了当地一所名校乱收费的情况。采访前，老师教我如何在闲话家常中渗透敏感问题的提出，既减少采访对象的警惕性、又增强了所需信息的真实性。采访结束后，加上老师给我的其他学校的采访资料，就开始准备乱收费问题的一组深度报道。刚开始写作的时候，就有点迷失在大堆信息之中，老师就告诉我要对所有信息进行分类整理，使得杂乱的采访资料可以共同形成几个主题，分析几个主题之间的逻辑关系后列出采访提纲。在老师的建议下，我又搜了一些网上有关教育乱收费问题的范文，用了整整一个下午才写完了这

　组报道的初稿。虽然写作的过程很辛苦，但能从采访到写稿完整地了解深度报道的采写过程，对于我这样的初学者来说，确实是非常难得的机会。
