　今天，我我讲话的主题是——光荣与梦梦想。为什么用这个标题？

　大家知道，把ab办成一个受受人尊敬的企业，一直以来都都是我的梦想。什么样才叫受受人尊敬？就是当你非常自豪豪地、光荣地告诉你的家人、、朋友“我在abyy公司工工作”时，他们会投以你无比比羡慕和崇敬的目光。我认为为，一个有理想，有追求的人人，一定会十分愿意来ab工工作。因为，没有任何一个愿愿景或是梦想，能比“把一个个不怎么知名的企业，亲手打打造成一个知名的跨国企业乃乃至世界500强的公司”更更令人振奋和激动人心的事了了。事实也证明这一点，这二二年，我们在到全国各大高校校和其他知名公司同台招聘的的时候，有许多优秀的学生都都选择了我们ab。今年7月月，马20名应应届生加入我们的团队。其中中有些学生是放弃了进类似宝宝洁、国际性银行这样的机会会，而选择了我们ab。因为为，ab能提供他们更为宽广广的发展舞台，这就是他们选选择ab的理由我希望，我的的梦想不仅仅是我一个人的梦梦想，而是我们所有ab人共共同的梦想，并以这个梦想为为荣。这里，我想特别说明一一下，在ab工作并不等于你你就是一名真正的ab人，这这是二个不同的概念。那怎样样才算是一个真正的ab人？？举个例子：你看见地上有个个烟蒂，不是你扔的，你会不不会主动弯下腰，把它捡起来来放进垃圾筒？你看见一个无无人的会议室里空调呼呼地开开着，你会不
