　 为了落实《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》、《国务院关于鼓励支持和促进个体私营等非公有制经济发展的若干意见》和中共厦门市委、厦门市人民政府《关于大力促进民营经济发展的意见》精神，从智力上扶持和促进民营企业发展，厦门市中小企业服务中心拟举办“创业者家园”公益培训之《卓越团队户外拓展训练》。现将有关事项通知如下：

　 一、培训背景

　 提起培训，人们通常就会想到那种坐在培训室，拿着材料听老师讲课的培训。实际上，知识和技能都是有形的资本，而意志和精神则是无形的力量。在实际生活和工作中，动手能力和意志的坚定、坚韧往往比起书本的知识更为有效和实用。如何开发出那些一直潜伏在你身上，而您自己却从未真正了解的力量，怎样才能弄清，您与他人的沟通和信任到底能深入到什么程度？这些，就是拓展训练的真正意义。

　 拓展训练真正实施的是拓展培训，而非拓展活动，两者存在着本质的区别。拓展活动是以活动为主，缺乏引导点评总结，学员可能也会玩得很开心，但是仅仅停留在参与项目的愉快当中，真正收获到的却非常有限，对学习工作生活帮助不大；而拓展培训重在项目结束后的分享引导总结，是一种寓教于乐、先行后知的学习方式，学员既能够在项目中得到很多的乐趣，同时项目结束后，又能很好的结合实际工作生活，对学习工作生活都能提到很积极的推动作用，真正实现在体验中提升的效果！

　 二、课程设置

　 针对企业培训需求，围绕着“和谐、诚信、双赢、激情、减压、沟通”的总目标进行。

　 三、培训目的 通过这次拓展训练给全体学员创造一个良好的沟通氛围和平台，同时结合我中心的服务宗旨，针对性地设置部分项目，帮助参训学员更好地理解诚信的重要性及其意义，最后，在一定程度上加强所有参训学员的自主创新能力，并在一定程度上提升参训学员的激情，以便更好地投入到今后的工作。

　 六、培训对象：公司董事长、总经理、副总经理、董事等高层管理人员。
