　 一、实习经历

　 011年12月，也许是我与这个公司有缘，经理在前来应聘者中选中了我，当时我是多么的高兴啊，我暗下决心，一定要在这个公司好好干，不辜负经理对我的期望。

　 实习过程中，我的主要任务是担任花卉销售、采购业务代表，跟随销售部主管学习怎样做好公司的业务工作。在出去拜访商家之前首先要详细了解并熟记各种花卉的特点，向销售主管学习业务代表的主要工作内容和工作中的注意事项。

　 二、实习感想

　 纸上谈兵是没用的，只有把理论当作基础，通过实际生活中的运用才能真正掌握它，经过这两个月的实习，我确实学到了很多在学校永远无法学到的东西，它们是可变化的东西，任何一本书都不能叙述它，它包括人际交往、为人处事、言谈举止当然还有专业上的一些东西。LocALhOST

　 1、在花卉的营销方面

　 通过花卉的营销实习，我学到了许多在学校学不到得东西，提高了实际工作能力，为以后就业和将来的工作取得了一些宝贵的实践经验。在实习单位受到领导的认可并促成就业。

　同时也让我明白了许多的人生道理，看清了许多的社会现实。首先要在社会立足必须拥有强大的人际交圈，雄厚的资金和一个好的项目，最后才是个人的能力。懂得了失意时不要气馁，得意时不要忘形。在花卉营销工作当中，失败者总是找理由借口，成功者找方式方法。在销售的时候，心态远比能力重要，积极乐观的心态，自信的心态，包容的心态和平常的心态可以帮助我走向成功。
