　黄岗冲村是杨花乡的一个偏僻僻山村。全村共1668人。。其中老年人有268人，占占总人口的16。该村历来民民风淳朴，尊老爱老成为普遍遍风气。近几年来在支、村两两委的重视和老协的努力下，，全村敬老爱老的传统美德得得到更进一步的弘扬，敬老之之歌在黄岗这个小小村落传唱唱不衰。

　黄岗冲冲村系于20xx年冬由原毛毛家店和黄岗冲两村合并而成成。并村之初，全村老协仅有有会员20人。当时，老年人人协会无活动场所，无各项制制度，无经费保障，协会形同同虚设。近五年来，在支村两两委的重视支持下，村老协通通过加强自身组织建设，健全全工作制度，开展有益活动，，使协会队伍不断扩大，老年年人事业不断向前。现在村老老协共有会员90名，四年来来新增70人。而且领导班子子更是坚强有力，在群众中享享有广泛的威望。协会领导班班子共有9人组成，村支部书书记任顾问，村主任更是挑起起重担，身兼老协会长一职，，村妇女主任担任老协秘书长长。协会理事全部挑选了身体体

　支村班子高度度重视

　回顾几年来的工作，，黄岗冲村老协工作之所以能能获得突破，究其原因，关键键在于协会突出了“党政主导导”的方针，支村两委将老协协工作摆在了重要的位置，并并为协会的健全完善创造了必必要的条件。

　并村之后，黄黄岗冲支村两委高度重视老协协工作，将协会工作纳入重要要议事日程，经常听取和研究究老龄工作。

　第一是加强了了领导。由村支部书记张良波波同志主管老龄工作，由村妇妇女主任易丹丹分管老龄工作作并担任老龄专干，由村主任任彭啸洪亲自兼任老协会长。。

　第二是保障了协会经费。。近几年来，村委会在基础建建设任务繁重、资金紧张的情情况下，总是优先解决老协活活动经费，积极支持老协开展展各种丰富多彩的活动。协会会所有开支均由村委会直报直直销。

　第三是多方筹资，不不断完善协会活动阵地。200xx年，村投入八千余元新新建了老年人活动室、建立了了老年人学校。室内装修高档档豪华，添置了彩电、影碟机机、功放机和音响并配备了一一台立式空调，桌椅齐全，娱娱乐工具齐备。从而为全村老老年人精心营造了一个温馨的的精神乐园。20xx年，村村委会又耗资二千余元，重新新装修了协会办公室，规范了了各项制度，购置了新的办公公桌椅，使协会有了一个舒适适、规范的工作场所。

　协会活动有声有色色

　有了村上的全力支持，有有了一个舒适的活动场地，黄黄岗冲村老协的老同志们更是是如虎添翼，精神倍增，将老老年人活动开展得有声有色、、多姿多彩。

　一是定期召开开协会民主生活会，充分利用用活动室，组织全村老年人前前来观看花鼓戏，读书看报，，举行老歌演唱比赛及象棋赛赛，不断丰富老年人的精神生生活，增强协会的凝聚力和号号召力。

　二是组织老年人学学习《老年法》和《湖南省实实施〈老年法〉的办法》，学学习有关政策法规，广泛开展展树立新时期老党员、老干部部的“五种形象”活动，使全全体老年人焕发出生命不息，，奋斗不止，以身作则，健康康向上的良好精神，风貌。

　三是加大宣传力度，大力弘弘扬敬老爱老的传统美德。村村老协深入村组、屋场和学校校，利用板报、墙报、电视和和广播等多种形式，在全村广广泛开展老龄问题的宣传和敬敬老爱老的传统道德教育，使使中华民族的传统美德代代相相传。并及时向上级报道反映映敬老、爱老、养老的先进典典型，在全村开展了创“敬老老模范户”的活动。20xxx年协会编写、发放《敬老歌歌》450份并张贴到户。通通过宣传教育，典型引路，在在全村营造出了浓厚的尊老爱爱老氛围。

　20xx年填写发放老老年人健康扶贫优惠卡2688份；9月13日浏阳市集里里医院来村为老年人进行高血血压免费查治，由于事前协会会下户进行了广播宣传，当日日，参加检查的老年人达1228人，免费发放药品价值近千元。这次活动收效显著，，村民反响强烈，一致称老协协为老年人办了件大好事。
