　 一、企业文化

　 二、成功企业家必备的素质

　 一个企业要拥有一个好的带头人，这个公司才能向远看向前发展，成功企业家应该心胸宽广，海纳百川，有容乃大。现在企业家如果心胸狭隘不能容人，不仅难成大事而且难以与人亲密相处，企业家拥有宽大的胸怀不仅能够收揽人心，也能体现自己身边聚集了许多优秀的人才。还能使人心悦诚服，企业家必须有一个度量，宰相肚里能撑船，凡事要有度量这是成功企业家的修养，既能体现领导的高尚风格又能赢得别人的尊重，胸怀是一个励志建业的标准。企业家有强大的胸怀才能站的高忘得远，一个企业家应该有丰富的经验和娴熟的工作经验和管理技巧，并且要懂得行业中应该尊从得法律，和具备经营得技巧，对企业和员工负责有能够承担风险得责任敢于面对竞争对手给施加得压力，并且要有创新意识和创新能力。

　　工商管理实习心得体会参考 朝如青丝暮成雪，转眼间，我加入工商队伍已四月有余。因为大学专业的限制对工商领域一窍不通，步入广汉市工商局这个大门，意味着一切将从零开始。怀着忐忑的心情和虚心学习的态度我开始了新的工作。这几个月以来，在领导和同事帮助下，自己对工商行政管理工作有了更多更深的了解，也逐渐熟悉和热爱上了这项神圣的职业。工商工作点多面广，其中有苦有乐，作为一名新的基层工商人员，对此体会也更加真切。

　 酸

　 今年3月，我被安排到三水工商所。还记得报到当天，侯勇所长领着我经过近半小时的车程到达三水工商所。看着破旧的大门，心里顿感落差巨大。办公环境没有想象中的那么完美,当时一股股酸楚不禁涌上心头。我相信这种味道只有刚涉足基层工作的人才能体会。这就是我对基层工商所工作的“第一印象”，算不上一次愉快的相识。

　 这种酸楚的味道现在一天比一天淡下去，因为我已经渐渐地适应了这样的基层环境。我也想记住这股初到时的酸楚，让这种酸楚成为激励我拼搏进取的力量，奋发向上，向自己心目中的目标靠近!

　 甜

　 上班的第一天，我就深切地感受到了所领导和同事们的热情和所上的团结向上氛围。所长仔细介绍全所同事给我认识，同事们也帮忙让我尽快熟悉工作，连我自己都没有想到的地方，他们也能想到、关心到、安排到。大家心都靠在一起，力量都往一处使，虽然是在基层工商所，但也让我感受到了工商大家庭的温暖。

　 刚出校门，工作经验欠缺，工作和生活中难免会遗忘一些问题、犯些小错误，所长和同事总是能够包容我，给予我耐心地指导和善意的提醒。局里的领导和同事来所检查指导工作时也会热心地给我讲解工作，一步一步地教我工作流程，真诚地帮我解除疑惑。他们无微不至的关怀让我渐渐地感觉到了基层工作的甜，慢慢忘却了基层环境的酸。

　 还记得第一次出去执法检查时的情形，同事们大街小巷挨家挨户进行食品检查，认真地做好记录工作。这种严谨端正的工作态度，让我意识到自己不再是个学生，已经进入社会工作了。第一次接触工商的OA系统，茫然不知所措，但在大家悉心的指导下，最后顺利完成了录入工作。年检期间，虽然天气炎热，但全所人员一直忙到天近黑才回来，一家一户的验照、检查食品，与个体户亲切交谈……在这里，拥有了太多的第一次，三水工商所把我带入了新的角色，让我开始踏上人生新的征程，其中不乏激情、责任、合作、关爱，只有自己才知道对这里的感情已有多深。

　 苦

　 事物总是相对的，基层工商的工作虽然在他人眼中风光无限，但是在这“风光”的背后是全体工商干部的辛劳付出和责任担当。能够为他人服好务是每位工商人的宗旨，即使过得再苦再累我们也感觉值得。

　 基层工商所的工作与百姓贴的最近，是最锻炼人的地方，经常会遇到各种无法预知的问题。有时会遇到极少数个体工商户对我们工作的不理解与埋怨;有时会因为经费的紧缺影响了大家的工作和生活;有时会为了几个个体户颠簸一小时;有时会因为乡镇条件的有限感觉到生活的单调枯燥……

　 这样的苦，只有真正接触才能理解。但是，不管条件再艰苦，问题再棘手，最重要的是积极面对困难并解决困难。在所长的带领下，同事的支持下，大家能够在困难中摆好心态，苦中求乐，自己也从工作生活中寻找乐趣，积极地面对。遇到个体户埋怨的时候，我们会动之以情、晓之以理、耐心地讲解国家的政策和法律法规，最后换来他们理解的笑容，换来百姓的认可。

　 与机关相比，基层工商所的办公环境条件是有限的，但工作成绩不是工作环境决定的，最关键的是自身的努力。身在乡镇，但在途中却能欣赏到田园风光、丰收景象，呼吸到一口口清新的空气，顿时觉得生活如此美好。

　 辣

　 4月，我调到局办公室。这里的工作和工商所有所不同，事情琐碎繁杂，容不得丝毫马虎。在办公室工作中，经常会遇到一些突发情况，自己不知怎么处理。从刚开始时的手忙脚乱，到现在的冷静处理，自己在不断摸索、提高。

　 办公室的事情之多远超出了工商所，日常的工作也是面多点广。它要求工作人员必须具备“提笔能写、遇事能办、张口能说、上下能协调”的四种能力，而我这些方面都有待提升。因此，对工商工作的认识越系统越深入，我也不断感到自己知识的贫乏和业务的不熟练，明白学习的紧迫性——不熟悉业务就不能更好地开展服务工作;不懂法律法规，就不能正确公平地执法;不学礼仪，就不能更好的展现工商形象。因此工作虽然繁忙，但是仍要增强学习的自觉性和紧迫感，向身边的同事学习，抓住每一次学习的机会，不断扩充知识存量，全面提高业务能力。

　 咸

　 这里要说的“咸”，也可以理解为“闲”。忙完了一天的工作，感觉身心俱疲，可以利用工作之余的清闲寻求一种方式来慰藉一下疲惫的身躯。我的首选是读书，因为在字里行间可以寻找到一种“超脱”。我的书桌上摆放着一大摞书，有古今大师抒发情志的，有表述真知灼见的，有诗句书画或箴言警句的，也有老气横秋的，更有稚气顽皮的。

　 作家铁凝曾这样写道：“阅读的功用是显而易见的。但是，我更想强调的是，‘无用’的阅读，正如文化给人的力量一样，更多的是缓慢、恒久的渗透……”。忙里偷闲享受阅读的净化，这是工作之余带给我的闲情逸致。

　 “路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，这些便是我在工商工作中的五味心得体会，青春的热血还在我的生活中沸腾，我不愿让自己的青春在绵延无尽的灰色情绪中走过;我也不愿让自己钟爱的工商工作在自怨自艾的抱怨中凋零。在以后的工作生活中，我要向领导同事们学习，严格要求自己，努力做一名合格称职的工商行政管理干部，“国徽头上戴，责任肩上挑”，努力在大我中实现小我!

　　工商管理实习心得体会参考 一、执法办案工作面临的现状及存在问题

　 从目前情况看，全市工商行政管理执法工作与国家总局的要求还存在一定差距。部分执法人员的执法理念需要更新，执法程序需要建立，执法部门之间的协调机制需要加强，风险防范及制度建设需要规范，对基层执法的监督机制需要完善，执法监督方式和途径需要创新。这些问题的存在，导致行政相对人对工商部门执法行为的拒绝执行、推延执行等问题无法得到根本解决，造成工商部门对市场行为的威慑力和导向性丧失等不良后果。要从根本上解决这些问题，必须加大整顿和规范市场经济秩序的力度和深度，树立工商行政管理公平公正的执法权威。

　 二、发挥职能作用，破解执法难题，提升执法权威，服务经济社会健康发展

　 工商行政管理必须依法加强监管，解决工商执法过程中自身存在的问题，才能树立工商行政管理的执法权威

　 (一)加强队伍建设，为促进执法职能到位创造良好的运行机制

　 一是狠抓业务培训。以培训为主要抓手，始终坚持从实际工作需要出发，在提高履职能力上下功夫，着力强化培训效能，提高培训水平，充分调动广大干部参加培训学习的积极性，为不断开创工商经检工作新局面提供保障。针对不同岗位需求进行业务培训;以会代训进行培训，学习法律法规、文件政策和有关规定，使业务培训做到经常化、规范化，保障业务培训的持续性。在每次专项整治行动前都要有针对性的进行专题培训。结合日常工作中的难点、疑点和热点问题按需施教，保证专项整治工作的顺利进行。

　 二是狠抓制度落实。在平时的工作中始终坚持用制度管人，用制度管事，坚持早上点名制度、学习制度、办案制度、财务管理制度、案件审核制度等;落实责任追究制度，按照“谁主管、谁负责”的原则，追究相关责任人的责任;坚持对全体人员的德、能、勤、绩、廉进行全面考核，使每个人想干事有平台、能干事有舞台、干成事有奖台。

　 三是狠抓廉政建设。将廉政建设放在执法办案工作的首位。应层层落实责任制，将党风廉政建设与业务工作一起布置、一起检查、一起考核。在办案中加大推行阳光办案制度，在办案过程中让当事人对执法人员在整个办案过程中的执法行为、执法态度等进行监督;案后回访被处罚单位，发放《案件回访书》。认真落实《执法监督员制度》，在社会各界聘请社会监督员，定期召开座谈会，让监督员对行政执法工作进行监督，提出意见和建议。

　 (二)以查办“三类”案件为职责，为促进执法职能到位不断实现办案新突破
