《南水北调与水利科技》：南水北调工程北京段PCCP管线止推体系分析（王东黎）（摘要）

摘要：在南水北调中线工程北京段中采用了双排DN4000预应力钢筒混凝土压力管（PCCP）作为惠南庄泵站的压力出水管，由于工程线路地形复杂，管线段设置了许多水平弯头、竖向弯头。在这些地方，由于水流方向发生改变会对管线产生不平衡推力，故需在管线上设置止推系统。为了达到工程设计合理、运行安全、管理方便，节省投资、节约地下空间资源，为今后发展留有余地，现针对PCCP管道的特点对该管线的止推体系进行优化比选，得出南水北调中线北京段PCCP管线止推系统可以采取镇墩、小转角管道锁定、可自由转动的小转角接头和限制性接头结合的做法。

PCCP Thrust Analysis in Beijing Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract:A 2-line DN4000 prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP) is adopted in Beijing Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an outlet of Hui-Nan-Zhuang Pump Station.Due to the topographic variation,many vertical and horizontal bends are uesd.At these locations,thrust must be provided to back the force by the change of water flow direction.In this article,different thrust methods for PCCP are compared.A combination of thrust block,locking of pipe at small deflections,small joints free to rotate and tied joints is applied to achieve the goal of better design,safe operation,easy management,cost reduction and land saving for further development.
