　2011年我负责责劳动保障工作，现就一年的的工作、生活向大家做一汇报报。

　社会在发展，形势在变化化，知识在更新。自接手劳动动保障工作以来我在政治上、、思想上、行动上始终和党委委、行政保持一致，坚持加强强业务知识学习，努力提高为为社会服务的本领，按照缺什什么补什么的原则，提高自身身业务水平，坚持理论联系实实际，不断提高实际工作能力力，以提高自身的整体素质。。

　二、加强作风建设，以廉廉洁自律为准则

　三、以廉廉政促勤政、整体推进各项

　2011年工作以切实维护护群众的根本利益为出发点和和落脚点，以廉政促勤政使工工作有了很大的突破。

　1、、建立健全各类台帐，顺利完完成“八件实事”任务。全办办紧紧围绕市、区为民办八件件实事的目标任务，认识到位位、领导到位、措施到位。截截止目前，现我办半年新增就就业439人，完成全年任务务的58%；下岗失业人员再再就业人数282人，完成全全年任务的59%，大龄就业业困难人员 “4050”人人员135人，完成全年任务务的83%;我们已办理医保保续费105户1980人，，新参保450户817人，，企业改制续费125户4112人，新参保105户3335人

　2、、开拓再就业岗岗位。劳动保障工作的根本任任务就是促进下岗失业人员再再就业。今年市里5月份分配配我办事处87个清扫员公益益性岗位，我办把指标全部分分配给社区，这一次的公益性性岗位的安排工作开展的非常常顺利，没有一起群众上访。。
