　高校大规模的扩招，带来的结果必然是就业竞争的进一步加剧。一个普通的工作岗位，数十人甚至数百人争抢的事情时有发生，市场营销、企业策划、会计、计算机等热门岗位更是如此。笔者从事营销与策划培训工作3年多来，遇到非常多的这样一些市场营销专业在校大学生：他们为了将来毕业能找到一份满意的工作，勒紧裤腰带，参加各类培训，争取在毕业前拿到这样那样的资格与资质证书，作为未来找工作的竞争筹码。对于毫无工作经验的在校大学生来说，除了依靠这些证书来证书自身的一些优势与特长之外，似乎别无选择。其中相当一部分人选择营销师（推销员）资格认证与商务策划师认证培训。他们感觉到很迷茫——到底该选择哪个证书呢？为此，笔者从市场需求（用人单位）、薪水待遇与发展前途等方面做个简单的分析：

　1、市场需求(用人单位）角度：营销人才一直是引领人才市场需求的主力军，供需两旺，需求持续名列第一。很多大学毕业生看到了其中的巨大市场需求，纷纷加入"营销"就业大军。部分同学认为，既然这样，拿个营销师资格证书，应该找工作比较容易。不论是学市场营销专业，还是其他任何专业，做营销都可以，只要用人单位看上你，就行。在企业录取营销人才的过程中，他们要求应聘人最好具备三个条件：有一定的营销天赋（语言表达能力、沟通协调能力、交际能力以及至少不让人生厌的外表）；与应聘行业相关的从业经验；一定的客户管理能力与市场策划能力。如果具备这三个条件，基本上应聘成功。其实用人单位对于营销工作岗位，他们毫不关心你是否是学市场营销的，你是否有营销师资格证书。就算你拿了营销师资格证书，能够证明你具有什么能力或优势么，不能的！没有相关材料能证明你能胜任营销工作，照样出局。相反，如果你拥有商务策划师资格资质证书，可以证明你在营销策划方面已经经过了系统的培训与学习，具备了一定的营销策划能力与水平。

　2、薪水待遇与发展前途：一般的营销人员，薪水通常是底薪加提成组成，业务做得多，薪水就高，底薪只能维持基本的生活需要。做得好得营销人员不多，也就意味着绝大部分营销员薪水都不高。但是，对于一个商务策划师说，薪水一般能高出普通营销人员的2倍以上。策划人员，很容易发展成为公司的中高层管理者。

　竞争如此激烈的市场，如果你作为市场营销专业或对市场营销有着浓厚兴趣的一名大学生，准备成为一名合格的营销人，该如何面对呢？为此，笔者专门采访了上海中世国际会展有限公司人力资源总监朱立龙先生、合肥金本文由毕业论文网收集整理星机电科技发展有限公司营销企划总监董伟民先生，听取专家们的观点。

　朱立龙总监：

　营销人才一直是引领人才市场需求的主力军，供需两旺，需求持续名列第一。很多大学毕业生看到了其中的巨大市场需求，纷纷加入"营销"就业大军。我们公司在招聘营销人才时，不论求职者是学市场营销专业还是其他专业，只要具备以下三个条件基本上会被录用，即：一、有一定的营销天赋（语言表达能力、沟通协调能力、交际能力以及至少不让人生厌的外表）；二、与应聘行业相关的从业经验，最好有一定的客户资源更佳；三、一定市场营销策划能力，能独立进行市场策划，开发与管理相应的市场。我了解其它上海的公司基本上也是按照这个标准来招聘的，面试的时候我们会着重从这三个方面入手来考察求职者的相应能力。另外，我们也比较看重求职者能证明其在某个方面有专长的职业证书与获奖证书。例如，求职者持有演讲比赛或辩论赛的获奖证书，至少能证明其语言表达能力、快速反应能力比较优秀；求职者持有策划师证书，证明其市场营销策划达到了一定水平，具备了一定的策划能力；求职者持有相关企业的实习或实践证明文件，基本上可以知道其的确参与了一些社会营销活动。对于不能很好的证明三个方面能力的证书，我们一般不会给予过多的关注。

　我们上海中世国际会展公司每年都需要大量的营销人才，对于营销人员的策划能力我们十分看重，要求每个营销人员都能对客户提供全面的参展策划方案。

　董伟民总监：

　我比较认同朱总的观点。在我们企业"用人为贤"，能力放在第一位，其次是职业证书。我们知道，营销工作岗位市场需求量大，求职者知识水平与能力参差不齐，证书只能算是敲门砖，进门后还得靠自身的实力。上半年，我们部门招聘一批营销员，在面试时我就要求他们针对我们企业营销现状，提出一套营销方案，主要是要考察一下求职者的营销策划能力。非常有意思的是，二十几位营销与管理专业的大学生，居然很少有人能写出规范标准的营销策划书，策划思维也是天马行空，要么不切实际，要么主观性太强。我感觉到，现在营销专业的学生对于策划能力太欠缺了。在我们部门，我从自身做起，对策划知识进行全面充电，并取得了高级商务策划师资质证书，并要求下面的营销与策划人员，每人都需要进行营销和策划等知识的充电，获取相应的资格证书。

　通过以上两位业内专家的观点，我们可以感觉到，无论你是学市场营销也好，还是学机械制造或生物工程也好，只要你具备他们所说的三个方面的能力，都可以做营销。营销无门槛，关键在于自身的实力。如果你准备从事营销工作，必须从现在起，开始在营销天赋、从业经验、策划能力三个方面全面发展与提升。
