　 油漆市场作为重点防火单位，消防工作一直是各项工作中的重中之重，为了保证市场工作万无一失，我带领消防人员开展了以下工作：一是进行全面细致的消防检查。对在检查中发现的消防隐患立即整改，决不估息迁就。二是加强消防安全培训工作。对全体员工及市场业户进行消防知识培训，学习《油漆涂料市场的消防预案》，并掌握灭火器的使用方法，如何报火警及火场逃生常识等。同时我们还组织员工及业户现场观摩市消防局举行的型消防演习，使员工和业户真正从思想上树立起消防安全意识，认识到消防安全重要性。三是与业户签订《消防安全责任》，建立《装修审批验收制度》及《摊位装修管理办法》，设装修审批专管员，在装修材料、用火，用电等事项进行严格的把关，设置消防班的人员在施工现场进行监护，保证了市场防火安全。

　2、后勤保障工作

　市场的后勤保障工作主要是由供暖、供电、保洁工作组成。供暖工作方面，要求我们的水暖技术人员以及时发现并解决问题为工作原则，对市场的供暖设施进行定期检查，发现问题及时解决，保证了市场水暖设施的正常运行。

　 供电工作方面，要求员工始终以业户至上为服务宗旨，以供电及时、维修迅速、安全高效为工作原则，保证市场的正常供电。在市场成立初期，用最短时间更换照明设施238个，在确保市场正常供电的同时，变更了照明功率为公司节约了资金，整个作业期间无任何安全事故。在消防设备检查中发现手动报警器未接线形同空设，厅C区、D区电容器柜不工作等，由于我们发现及时，整改到位，排除了多处重隐患，确保了市场设备安全运行。

　保洁工作方面，市场内的环境卫生达到了“内外无死角，地面无脚印”的高标准，多次受到了上级领导及外商的表扬。此外，还涌现了保洁员刘惠兰和赵玉琴在打扫厕所工作期间，不怕脏、不怕累为业户从便池捞手机并拒收客户给予金钱，关玲在厅内捡到一块手表等助人为乐等好人好事，至今共收到表扬信三封。她们在工作中不仅受到顾客及业户的高度评价，同时也为市场赢得了荣誉。

　3、强化停车场管理工作

　针对市场门前机动车乱停乱放的现象，我们投入量人力、物力对停车场进行了全新规划，并派专人进行管理，保证了车辆按位停放，分区停放，有效的解决了机动车辆乱停乱放的现象，使市场的整体形象有了明显的改观。

　4、加强员工队伍建设

　一是定期召开工作交流会。消防班员工都是刚参加工作、走入社会的年轻人，为了让他们更快的适应集体生活和工作环境，培养他们与人协作的到-/-精神，调动他们的工作热情和积极性，我就经常组织他们召开工作经验交流会，让他们谈工作中的经验、体会以及在工作中、生活中遇到哪些问题无法解决，通过这样的交流会拉近了我和员工之间的距离，让他们对我更加信任与尊敬，也使我们能更好的配合开展各项工作。
