　　今年上半年以来，我处的党风建廉政建设和反腐败工作坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，按照纪委有关廉政工作会议的部署，逐步健全和完善教育、制度、监督并重的预防和惩治腐败体系，紧紧围绕接待这个工作中心，严格执行党风廉政建设责任制，突出工作重点，加大工作力度，不断推进接待系统反腐倡廉工作深入开展，为××的发展提供有力保证。

　　一、党风廉政建设责任制落实情况

　　为了更好地学习党风廉政建设，以两学一做活动为契机，深入开展学习习总书记系列讲话精神，进一步提高全体党员干部对党风廉政建设重要性的认识。依据通知要求我处党支部认真制定四项措施，从源头上加强了党风廉政教育，强化了领导干部的廉政意识，使机关反腐倡廉工作进一步得到加强。一是年初及时调整和充实了党风廉政建设领导工作小组机构和成员。二是抓好了党风廉政宣传教育工作，在处里开设宣传专栏。紧密结合接待工作实际，不断创新我处党风廉政教育工作。三是学习《党员领导干部廉洁从政手册》、党内监督“两个条例”及其他有关文件，深入开展了理想信念和廉洁从政教育;职业道德和艰苦奋斗教育;党纪、政纪和法纪教育和开展学习实践科学发展观宣传活动。四是把党风廉政建设和接待工作同步进行，我处党支部于4月6日就党风廉政建设工作再次进行专题研究，从源头上给予防范，明确两手都要抓的思想，全方位筑牢拒腐防变的思想道德防线。五是认真组织开展“讲党性修养、树良好作风、促科学发展”教育活动，教育党员干部深刻认识新时期加强领导干部党性修养与反腐倡廉的内在联系，深刻理解解决党员干部在党性、作风方面存在问题的迫切性，自觉加强党性锻炼，坚持党的优良传统和作风。

　　二、明确任务，扎实做好反腐倡廉各项工作

　　2、健全责任体系，进一步深化党风廉政建设责任制。坚持把落实责任制作为工作主线，认真把握责任分解、责任考核、责任追究三个重点环节，在细化、深化、强化上下功夫。推进分管领导和科室责任的落实，进一步深化“一岗双责”、科室各负其责的工作。

　　3、加强廉政建设，营造廉洁从业的良好氛围。加强领导和协调，把廉政建设纳入党的建设和建设的整体规划，把廉政建设与接待工作有机结合，用发展的思路，创新制度，开创遵纪守法、廉洁从业、克己奉公、健康向上的反腐倡廉新局面，为建设美好××提供坚强的政治保证。
