　 政法干警演讲稿

　我叫陈正才，是县委政法委的一名普通干部。站在这个舞台上，我的心情异常激动。回首过去，我从乡镇站所职工招考成为一名国家公务员，再成为一名头顶国徽的政法干警，这些岗位的调整，职务的变迁，是持之以恒的学习给我增添了无限的动力，是矢志不渝的学习造就了我人生的精彩。今天我汇报的题目是《学习是我永远的动力》。

　一、学习是我人生路上的“起跑器”

　我生于农村，长于农村。由于家里姊妹较多的缘故，我过早地尝到了生活的贫穷和辛酸。小学二年级时，老师要求每个学生带五毛钱买《新华字典》，我跑回家向母亲要钱，母亲说家里饭都吃不饱，现在没有钱，等过段时间再交。第二天，全班只有我一个人没有带钱，我委屈的直哭。对现在的孩子来说，别说五毛钱，就是五百元也算不了什么，但当时五毛钱难倒了我们一家人。从那时起，我就暗下决心，我要用心学习，做一个有用的人，改变贫穷的环境。1993年，我被录取到吉首大学中文系。学校课余，图书馆便是我经常光顾的地方，享受着文学知识带给我的乐趣。1996年我大学毕业，被分配到新安镇企业办。一同分配去的大中专毕业生和我一样，都没有正式编制，他们整日怨天尤人，抱怨命运的不公。而我并不气馁，每天看书读报，关心时政。1997年，全县公务员招考，我积极参加，工作之余抓紧学习。凭着自信和对法律的敬仰，我以笔试和面试第一名的成绩叩开了法院的大门。

　进入法院后，我没有觉得自己端了“铁饭碗”，进了保险箱。相反，我深知自己站在了人生的新起点，我惟有向前。1998年初，我被法院党组安排到七重堰法庭学习锻炼，从事书记员工作。工作之初，我光是熟悉民事、执行程序就花了一周时间。接下来做庭审笔录更让我为难，老是跟不上速度，记不住重点，为此我虚心向老同志学习，不懂就问，并利用周末休息时间学习别人办理的优秀案卷。在工作的头两年里，我几乎没有休过一个完整的周末。那时妻子怀了孕，倒是妻子大着肚子来陪我加班，陪我学习。我从熟悉工作程序入手，不断练笔录、学整卷，第二年，在全院组织的庭审业务比武中，我就获得了全院第一。年底全院竞岗，我由于工作和学习努力，民意测验排名第一，有多个庭室争着“抢”我，对一个刚进入单位不久的同志如此厚爱，这在法院历史上或许是第一次。

　20xx年8月，法院准备建立内部局域网，把我从审判一线调回院机关，并安排我负责。当时我觉得又一次站在了人生的新起点上，因为我当初大学所学与当时的电脑知识有了很大的差距。但我想我不能辜负领导对我的期望，为此，我义无反顾，对电脑知识的学习从零开始，一头扎进了自学的海洋。我购买了相关学习资料，从电脑电源、主机、主板、内存等一点点学起，有时为了弄清结构还动手一次次拆装，遇到不懂的地方就向技术人员请教。经过艰苦的努力，20xx年底，率先在全省法院系统建成局域网。为了加强审判流程的网络管理，湖南省高院开发了一套审判流程管理软件，但需要试运行并修改完善，需要既懂法律又懂电脑的人配合，于是任务又落在了我的头上。我对此毫无怨言，同技术人员一道对管理软件进行了一次次修改。20xx年6月，该软件基本定型，首先在临澧法院运用，并继而扩展至全省。省高院对临澧法院的配合给予了高度评价。通过对案件质量的网络管理，临澧法院案件质量更上层楼。20xx年7月，全省审判管理经验现场会在临澧法院召开，会上，我给与会者电脑演示监管全程，临澧法院还介绍了相关经验，并在全省推广。这期间，我当了四年“网管”，不仅为单位管出了效率，还管出了荣誉。20xx年，临澧法院被评为全省首家“全国模范法院”。这虽然是全院的集体荣誉，但我也为我的付出感到由衷地自豪。

　为了适应形势的需要，20xx年开始，我又投入到全国司法统一考试的备考之中。这一次，我觉得再一次站在了人生的起跑线上，需要艰苦的跋涉。司法考试号称为“中国第一考”，为此我制定了两年学习计划。当时小孩读幼儿班，妻子在停弦中学，父母在农村，我既要接送、照顾小孩，又要搞学习，更不能耽误工作。我既当爹又当妈，每天早晨赶早送小孩上学，下班后把小孩生活安顿好，等小孩睡后才能学习，每天坚持学习到深夜。虽然辛苦，但我一直咬牙坚持，两年里，我读了40多本复习资料，做了30本学习笔记。无数个白天黑夜，我远离喧嚣人群，告别灯红酒绿，自与清风相伴。功夫不负有心人，经过两年多的努力，我终于高分通过了全国司法统一考试。消息传来，许多人竖起大拇指表示佩服。他们也许不知道：在求知的路上，我曾经经历了怎样的艰辛。这些酸甜苦辣的经历告诉我，学习就是人生路上的“起跑器”，在我人生的长河里，学习只有起点，没有终点。

　二、学习是我成功路上的“加速器”

　我深知，公正是司法的生命和灵魂。一次官司的公正与否也许就是群众一辈子对法律的认知，我深感责任重大。进入法院后，我抓紧一切机会学习，除积极参加学历教育和认真参加省、市法院组织的专业培训外，长期以来我还养成了每天看书读报的习惯，对涉及法学理论、审判实践等方面的报导，研讨文章和案例分析等都要进行重点阅读并结合审判实际进行思考，同时对涉及业务方面的文章进行剪辑并分类保存。十几年来，共收集剪辑十五本审判资料。在学习中办案，在办案中学习，我运用所学法律知识为社会服务，力做一个弱势群体利益的维护者、法律良知的执行者、法律公正的捍卫者。

　20xx年6月，我负责审理原告陈祖春与被告中铁十八局建设工程施工合同纠纷一案，原告因被告未予及时结算付款，导致原告未能及时为建筑工人支付工资，工人们准备上访闹事，原告心急如焚。起诉后，我及时对该案进行审理，判决由被告支付原告工程款78万元。根据当事人的申请，我们执行人员赶到中铁十八局住所地河北省涿州市，在当地各银行查询后，该公司帐户上只有现金8万余元。此时，我们远在外地，查封和搜查公司财务室不现实，扣押公司普通车辆也不方便，案件执行陷入了僵局。如何执行这一案件，我当时想到了《公司法》，根据《公司法》第十四条的规定，依法可以执行公司所属分公司的财产，于是上网查询中铁十八局所属分公司的情况。经查询得知其下属的三分公司在天津承接有两个工程，于是我们迅速赶往天津塘沽新区，按照我的执行思路，查询划拨了中铁十八局三分公司的存款，顺利快捷地执结了该案，也使民工们及时领到了工资，当事人感激涕零，而我觉得只是用我所学履行了自己的职责。

　去年3月，承蒙组织厚爱，我被调入县委政法委执法监督室，从事执法监管工作。今年6月，杉板乡歇驾村65岁的汪文喜老人上访，诉说被人打伤后没有给其处理。我了解情况后，马上为他联系好了立案事宜，得知老人家境贫穷，我又迅速给他联系好了法律援助律师，仅半个月汪文喜老人就领到了赔款。我闻讯甚感欣慰，我觉得我仅仅是用所学知识，用法律和人性的良知为其维权出了一份力，为维护社会公平正义尽了一份心。

　这些年来，我一直秉承公正司法、一心为民的理念，努力维护当事人的合法权益，努力维护社会的公平正义。这些年来，我审理执行近千件案件，当事人无一上访。这些年来，我多次被法院评为先进个人，多次被评为五星级政法干警，多次被常德市中级人民法院和县政府嘉奖，20xx年被评为“全县学习标兵”，20xx年被评为常德市全能法官。这些荣誉的取得，是学习给了我强劲的动力，让我不断加速向前。

　三、学习是我生活路上的“调节器”

　工作之余，我坚持带领全家人学习。做为家长，我愿意给孩子树立一个榜样，这个榜样就是，学习是一件快乐的事!在我们家里，书是最常见的，沙发上、桌子上、床边、枕畔，各种各样的书，随处可见。孩子上幼儿园时，便有了一个小小的书架，上面全是孩子自己挑选的图书。文学作品是我和妻子的最爱，我们经常一起看书，孩子在潜移默化中，受到书香的熏陶，也爱上了读书。爱读书、读好书，在书海里汲取养份，是我们一家人的理想和目标，是我们孜孜不倦的动力。妻子祁福珍在我的勉励下，在我取得法律自考本科的第二年，也拿到了本科文凭。20xx年在我学习电脑的过程中，妻子也跟着我学制作课件。去年10月，妻子在全省举行的说课比武中，《海峡两岸的交往》一课以新颖的思路，生动的内容，优秀的课件打动了评委，获得了全省一等奖，为丁玲学校赢得了荣誉。女儿陈鸿雨品学兼优，不仅是班干部，还是大队委干部，多次被评为学习标兵、三好学生。

　古人云：“学后知不足”，只有读书学习，才明白自己需要的是什么，缺少的又是什么。回想这些年来，我苦在其中，难在其中，也乐在其中。我现在还依稀记得，作为法院原办公室负责人，积极引导办公室其他干部加强学习的情景。我努力把学习的氛围带给他们，鼓励他们考研、参加司考，并经常与他们利用闲暇进行法律知识讨论。在我的带领下，办公室5名干部，4人通过了全国司法统一考试，其中2人获取硕士学位，有2人先后被常德市中级人民法院选拔任用。看到他们的成长，我从心底里感到高兴。

　诸葛亮曰：“夫君子之行，静以修身，俭以养德，非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远。”我通过学习不断提升自身的觉悟和修养。经常在书上看到失去自由的人真心忏悔，使我明白了清白做人才能长久的道理。我深知，司法公正不仅需要法学专业知识，还需要良好的品性为支撑。这些年来，我坚持严格自律，廉洁办案，也正因为如此，才使自己在这个浮躁的社会中拥有一份难得的平静。
