全镇财税工作意见

　 全镇财税工作意见 为贯彻全市加快重点镇建设意见提出的一般预算性收入增长率达26%以上的要求，确保完成全年财政收入任务，现就做好20xx年财税工作提出如下意见：

　 一、指导思想

　 以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻科学发展观，认真落实党的十七大和中央、省、市经济工作会议精神，大力培植税源，促进工业企业规模和效益的快速提升；强化收入征管，提高一般预算收入占财政总收入的比重；重抓财政管理，增强财政支持经济社会发展的能力。

　 二、主要目标

　 全年确保组织财政收入6150万元，其中：国税确保完成4000万元，地税确保完成1800万元，财政部门确保完成350万元，同比分别增长30%、%和%；一般预算收入确保完成2750万元，同比增长%。在保障供给、保持稳定、改善民生的前提下，将更多的财力用于促进工业化城镇化和社会主义新农村建设，促进全镇经济社会全面发展，确保当年完成财政收支平衡。

　 三、工作措施
