　集团公司XX年年初在编408人，本年截止10月份入职人数为152人，入职率为：35.59%；离职人数为130人。截止XX年10在编人数为：427人；离职率为：30.44%。

　其中：集团公司XX年年初在编人数是150人，截止XX年10月在职人数：180人，本年入职人数79人，入职率为：43.88%，离职人数51人，离职率为：28.33%，XX年集团公司入职人数为64人与XX年同比入职人数增加15人；入职率增长：23.43%；XX年集团公司离职人数为35人与XX年同比离职人数增加16人；离职率增加：45.71%。

　下属管理公司XX年年初在编21人，截止XX年10月在职人数88人，本年入职25人，入职率为：28.40%，离职人数27人，离职率为：30.68%。

　下属XX公司年初在编204人，截止XX年10月在职人数130人，本年入职32人，入职率为：24.61%，离职人数36人，离职率为：27.69%。

　下属XXX公司年初在编36人，截止XX年10月在职人数37人，本年入职10人，入职率为：27.02%；离职人数9人，离职率为：24.32%。

　下属XX公司年初在编27人，截止XX年10月在职人数为19人，本年入职人数为9人，入职率为：47.36%，离职人数为：7人；离职率为36.84%。

　二、考勤管理

　1、每日对员工OA考勤单及请假单的处理。

　2、出差人员根据海南公司传回的考勤数据对报销费用进行审核。

　3、根据考勤数据审核XX、XX、XX等工作人员的车费及餐费补贴。

　4、每月根据考勤明细，认真做好考勤的统计，为造发工资提供依据，根据考勤统计情况，公布考勤通报。

　5、根据每月考勤情况统计入《考勤汇总统计表》为转正考评、年终评优和年终奖的计算提供依据。

　三、人事档案管理

　1、新员工入职时，告知准备所需的人事资料，根据员工提供的人事档案，建立人事档案。

　6、上半年完成了人事台帐汇总表的更新，根据领导指标及要求增加了人员编制及增减比率等栏目，集团公司及下属公司员工花名册上也相应增加了人员编制栏目，为人员招聘核编提供了便利。

　四、薪酬及福利管理

　1、XX年，集团各中心及下属公司薪酬支出截止XX年10月份共计：1561.16万元，其中XX放薪酬720.43万元；XX发放薪酬：101.60万元；XX发放薪酬：54.10万元；凯西来公司发放薪酬：107.05万；XX发放薪酬：210.76万元；XX发放薪酬：226.22万元；XXX薪酬：141万元。

　2、集团转正员工基本购买了五险，截止XX年11月份全集团单位部分保险支出费用240.86万元，其中XX支出53.88万元;XX支出:15.90万元;XX支出:8.02万元;XX支出:67.22万元;XX公司支出:19.85万元;XX公司支出:65.54万元;XX地产支出:10.45万元;

　4、公司所有人员社会保险的购买与社保卡的制作，员工社保信息的变更与办理，本年度办理社保卡6张，员工工伤申报及报销3人。办理退休2人，生育备案及生育报销3人。

　为体现公司对员工的关怀，公司特在三八节、高温时节、中秋国庆节送出慰问。在今年8月份邹总又为过生日的员工申请了生日小礼品。

　五、招聘及储备工作

　1、了解各部门新增岗位的管理及各部门人员需求状况。

　2、根据各部门人员的实际需求，有针对性、合理性招聘员工已配备各岗位。通过采取一系列切实措施：广发招聘信息、网上招聘、内部员工推荐、现场招聘、贴招聘广告等各种途径招聘人才，集团公司及下属公司共计完成全年152位人才的招聘。

　3、为更好地适应集团公司快速发展的需要，有效地推进公司人才储备工作，满足公司战略目标及业务发展对人才的需求，作好公司人才梯队建设，为员工提供发展晋升的平台。集团公司下发“关于人才储备管理办法”，根据储备管理办法的相关要求建立人才储备库，截止XX年11月份储备人才库中人才数量为：93人，内部储备人才5人。

　六、培训工作

　为满足公司快速发展的需要，打造一支高素质、高效率、高执行力团队，使新员工了解、认识并认同公司的事业及企业文化，每月组织对新员工进行入职培训，截止XX年11月进行培训员工入职培训152人次。

　为强化管理，加强各位同事的文化素质及专业技能水平，满足公司的用人要求及员工个人发展，公司各部门开展了管理知识及业务技能方面的培训。为跟进培训执行情况，我部门每月都到培训部门进行旁听，截止XX年11月各部门完成内部培训101次。

　XX年，新员工入职培训及部门内部培训产生培训费共计：31370元；其中部门内部专业培训费：29370元；新员工入职培训费：2000元。

　七、劳动合同管理

　负责劳动合同签订、续签及管理工作，XX全集团公司新签劳动合同100份，续签劳动合同25份；目前，集团及下属所有员工均已签订劳动合同，无未签订劳动合同产生的纠纷情况。鉴于地产行业特性，有部分员工为退休及劳动关系挂在其他单位人员，为规避劳动风险，我部门要求此类人员提交退休证及劳动关系证明。

　八、绩效管理

　为保证工作计划节点的顺利完成，每月严格执行考核，对计划的完成起到了很大的推动作用。截止到10月份，集团各中心及下属公司定性及定性指标扣款合计：53.83万元；其中定量指标扣款：40.42万元；定性指标扣款：13.41万元；各单位完成计划节点的奖励金额为：2.11万元。
