　一、指导思想

　教学质量；最终达到促进进教师专业成长、学生全面发发展、形成学校办学特色、办办学水平整体提升的目的。

　以各级科科研课题为笼头和契机，科学学推进课程研究与改革。力争争老师们在课程资源开发、教教学与学习方式的改变和师生生评价制度的改革等方面有新新的突破或收获。

　2、加强强建设，改进课堂教学

　抓好好教师队伍专业化建设，坚持持常规教研活动，开展有效、、扎实的集体备课。组织老师师们积极参加区市各级教研活活动，通过专家引领和自身修修炼相结合的方式，促进老师师们转变教育观念，改变教学学方法，着力打造中青年骨干干教师，建立个性化、特色化化、品牌化教师队伍。

　3、、实施监控，提高教学质量

　力争管理规范科学，帮助老师师们牢固树立教学的规范意识识，加强备课、上课、批改作作业、辅导学生、检查测评等等常规教学工作的指导，促进进我校教育教学质量的大面积积提高。

　4、重视活动，促促进全面发展

　带领各教研组组、各科任老师组织并引导学学生参加各级各类学科活动，，使学生在丰富多彩的活动中中，将书本知识与现实紧密结结合起来，让学生在体验中学学习，在实践中感悟，从而促促进学生均衡发展。
