　20xx年x月x日，我怀着激动的心情踏上了期待已久的顶岗实习之路，当我坐上离开学校的的班车那一刻起，我就知道我将经历一段特殊的不平凡的并且充满收获的人生旅程，那旅程必定在我的生命中写下浓墨重彩的一笔，必定会在我的生命中留下绚烂多彩的回忆，并定会给我带来生命中无与伦比的财富。那时候对自己的未来充满希望，希望在那里能大展拳脚，实现自己的抱负。那时候想的是多么多么的好啊，直到此刻我才觉得我当时是那么的幼稚，不可能你刚出来什么都没有就让你做好的岗位。是的，顶岗实习的生活是充满艰辛的挑战的。当我们来到实习点面对一间间产房和一条条流水线时，很多人后悔为什么当初选择了到捷普绿点顶岗实习，但是我想说，这是我所预料到的，这也是我想要的，因为我知道人只有在艰苦的环境中才能磨练出坚强的意志，我也知道吃得苦中苦，方为人上认得道理，我自然还不是人上人，但是我相信在这个世界上每一个人都渴望成功，都渴望自己有限的生命能创造出无限的价值，都渴望为更多的人做出自己能做的一切，都渴望在后世看来你的生命无可比拟，我自然也不例外。我知道我的实习之路还刚刚开始，我要经历的还有很多。到了捷普绿点之后，尽管他们很快就帮我们把食宿问题解决啦，但那里生活习惯还是有差异的。

　实习很快就要结束了，十几年的学习生涯将要接近尾声，实习是我跨入社会进行的一个热身运动。毕业后，我又将迈来一新的起点。新的旅程艰难又宽广，我们又要迎接新的挑战，实习其实就是把自己学到的知识用到平时实际工作中去，在实习中不断磨练自己，增加一些实践经验，从中找出自己不足之处，虚心学习一些实用知识，在实习工作中不断学习，反复推敲，事事总结，从中积累自己的一些实用经验，我抱着这样的观念和学习的目的，在厂中认真的实习着。通过几个月的实习现在我知道上班是辛苦的，尤其是我们这样刚出校门的实习生。是的，顶岗实习的生活是充满艰辛和挑战的。当我们来到实习公司，面对一间间厂房和一排排机器时，我们是多么的兴奋和好奇，一台台我们从未见过的各种机床，和加工出来的各种各样的工件。这一切对于我们来说是多么的新奇。到达公司之后，尽管他们很快就帮我们把食宿问题解决了，在我们自己劳累了一天之后，我们的窝也准备好了。远离了家乡，看着新的环境，睡在陌生的床上，我发现我们长大了。

　 起初，刚进车间时，车间里的一切对我来说都是陌生的，车间里的工作环境也不怎么好，呈现在眼前的一幕幕，让我的心中不禁有些茫然，即将在这较艰苦的环境中工作6个月。第一天进入车间开始工作时，小组长，技术员给我安排工作任务，分配给我的任务是简单的加工一种工件，我按照技术员教我的方法，运用操作工具开始慢慢学着加工该工件，在加工的同时注意操作流程和注意事项等。顶岗实习的第一天，我就在加工工件，体验首次在社会上工作的感觉。在工作的同时慢慢熟悉车间的工作环境，作为初次到社会上工作的我们来说，对社会的了解以及工作单位各方面情况的了解都是非常陌生的。一开始我对车间里的各项规章制度、安全生产操作规程以及工作中的相关注意事项等都不是很了解。于是我便阅读实习单位下发给我们的员工手册，也向小组里的同事请教了解工作的 相关事项，通过他们的帮助，我对车间的情况及开机、生产产品、加工产品等有了一定的了解。

　 在顶岗实习的过程中我明白了许多。首先明确顶岗实习的目的，在于通过理论与实际的结合、学校与社会的沟通，进一步提高学生的思想觉悟、业务水平，尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力以及待人接物与外界沟通的能力，以便把学生培养成为具有较强实践能力、良好职业道德、高技能、高素质的，能够主动适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质的复合型人才。"顶岗实习、工学结合"是现代职业教育的一种学习模式，是把生产劳动和社会实践相结合的一种人才培养模式。其基本形式是学校与企事业用人单位合作培养学生，学生通过工学交替完成学业。生产实习是我们学院为培养高素质工程技术人才安排的一个重要实践性教学环节，是将学校教学与生产实际相结合，从而为毕业后走向工作岗位尽快成为业务骨干打下良好基础。通过生产实习，使我们了解和掌握了车间管理、生产技术和工艺过程;使用的主要工装设备;产品生产用技术资料;生产组织管理等内容。在这次生产实习过程中，不但对所学习的知识加深了了，更加重要的是更正了我们的劳动观点和提高了我们的独立工作能力等。

　 其次，顶岗实习不仅是进行了一次良好的校外实习，还学会了在工作中如何与人相处，知道干什么，怎么干，按照规定的程序来完成工作任务。同时对机床也有了实际操作和了解，为我以后更好的发展奠定了基础。并且在那里经过半个月的培训让我知道对一个企业而言，得控则强，失控则弱，无控则乱。企业经营好比一湖清水，管理规范好比千里长堤。水从堤转，才能因而得福，如果大堤本身千疮百孔，水就会破堤而出为祸一方。军中无法，等于自败，企业无规，等于自乱。经过这几个月实习下来，使我受益良多，具体的实践体会如下：

　 1.要学会融入。在来这个实习之前我就和有实习经验的同学聊过很多关于实习中应该主意的问题。很多人建议要少说话，多听，多看别人如何说话，处理事情。我的理解就是少说话就意味着少问问题。但在现实中，起码捷普绿点，不是这样的。因为如果你一周3天不怎么说话，别人还可以理解你，因为是刚刚来的小朋友，什么都不熟悉，比较怕，所以少说话。但时间长了，别人会以为你的性格就是这样，闷闷的，最后就导致你难以融入整个大圈子。难以融入的后果就是最后大家都慢慢孤立你，你自己也觉得孤独，慢慢的就被淘汰了。

　 2.广结人脉。因为你是个新来的，什么都不知道，所以你需要每个人的帮助。尽管很多时候你不知道这个人对你将来有没有用，或者是这个人很难接触，你都要想尽一切办法来接近他们，了解他们的谈话，慢慢插入他们的谈话，进入他们的圈子。这个至关重要!

　 3、是要有坚定的信念。不管到那家公司，一开始都不会立刻给工作我们实习生实际操作，一般都是先让我们看，时间短的要几天，时间长的要几周，在这段时间里很多人会觉得很无聊，没事可做，便产生离开的想法，在这个时候我们一定要坚持，轻易放弃只会让自己后悔。其实对于这些困难我们要端正心态，对于我们前进道路中的困难，取决于我们踏脚的位置，那样困难也能变成我们飞速成长的跳板。

　 4、要有较强岗位意识。作为一名毕业生，毕业后走向社会，大多是从事一线工作，有劳动性的，有营销性的，基本上都要从基层做起，这是高职生必走之道。每一个岗位都有他特有的作用，干一行，爱一行，专一行，是一种岗位责任，是一种职业品质，用人单位很注重这种品质。这种岗位责任是一名员工走向成功的必经之路。要增强岗位责任，就必须顶岗深入到生产一线进行脚踏实地的工作，

　 兢兢业业的去做，只有这样，才能磨练和增强他们的岗位责任感，这是现代社会对高职生的基本要求。

　 5、要学会怎样严肃认真地工作。以前在学校，下课后就知道和同学玩耍，嘻嘻哈哈、大声谈笑。在这里，可不能这样，因为，这里是公司，是工作的地方，是绝对不允许发生这样的事情的。工作，来不得半点马虎，否则就会出错，工作出错就会给公司带来损失。所以，绝不能再像以前那样，要学会像这里的同事一样严肃、认真、努力地工作。

　 6、要多听、多看、多想、多做。到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度，态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。态度不好，就算自己有知识基础也不会把工作做好，四多一少就是我的态度，我刚到这个岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，并且这和我在学校读的专业没有必然的联系，刚开始我觉得很头痛，可经过工作过程中多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做，终于在短短几天里对工作有了一个较系统的认识，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，光用嘴巴去说，是不行的，所以，我们今后不管干什么都要端正自己的态度，这样才能把事情做好。

　 7、自己创造机会。因为你是个新来的，别人不会说主动关心你，不会再像在大学里，老师会告诉你要做什么，好像有个保姆一样告诉你每一步都要走什么。但在公司，这个保姆再也没有了，这条路需要你自己走，自己去试。当你什么都不知道的时候，尝试就变的很重要。因为只有你自己经过自己的判断，去尝试了，才知道这件事情到底行不行，有什么其他的解决方法。这个就是创造机会，同时自己也在提高。

　 8、要不断积累社会经验。增强社会经验，也是增加工作经验。一名毕业的大学生在面对用人单位面试时，别人很自然要问到你有无工作经验，这道门槛拦住了不少大学生。因此，顶岗实习不仅仅是一种劳动锻炼，更重要的是通过实践增强工作能力，增加工作中的沟通和适应能力，增强做人的才干;实践出真知，实践长才干。有了适当的顶岗实习并能顺利拿到一份顶岗实习合格证，这对今后走向社会，应聘岗位时，无疑是非常有益的。

　 9、要认真学习企业的科学管理技能。管理是一门科学，更是一门学问和艺术。科学的管理，能给企业插上腾飞的翅膀。我们选择学生顶岗实习的平台时，选择一个好的企业，特别是科学管理好的明星企业，对实习学生来讲，无形中就会增长他们的科学而严谨的管理意识。在这种环境下，企业员工综合素养有较大提升。用他们自己的话说："从中兴走出去的员工，可以胜任其他企业的主管"。企业一席话，证明管理出效益，管理出人才，管理促发展的硬道理。因此，我们的实习生，就是要在这样的明星企业去磨练，去锻炼，在实践中增长管理才干，增长做人的才干。

　 总之，对每项工作都要把它看成是公司对自己的一次考核，做到每一件事的过程中遇到困难，一定要争取不抛弃，不放弃，坚持“战斗”，只要希望还在，胜利一定属于我们。实习期间，虽然很辛苦，但是，在这艰苦的工作中，我却学到了不少东西，也受到了很大的启发。我明白，今后的工作还会遇到许多新的东西，这些东西会给我带来新的体验和新的体会。因此，我坚信：只要我用心去发掘，勇敢地去尝试，一定会能更大的收获和启发的。

　 在学校里学到的知识都是最基本的知识，不管现实情况怎样变化，抓住了最基本的就可以以不变应万变。如今有不少同学实习时都觉得课堂上学的知识用不

　 上，出现挫折感，可我觉得，要是没有书本知识作铺垫，不可能会有应付瞬息万变的社会的能力。经过这次实践，虽然时间很短。可我学到的却是我一个学期在学校难以了解的。就说如何与同事们相处，相信人际关系是现今不少大学生刚踏出社会遇到的一大难题，于是在实习时我便有意观察前辈们是如何和同事以及上级相处的，而自己也虚心求教，使得这期间的实习更加有意义。

　 回顾过去的点点滴滴，实习的过程即难忘又充实。短短几个月的实习，在实习中取得了一些成绩，也得到了许多宝贵的经验，但我深知千万不能满足现状，这才是万里长征迈出的第一步，我还要不断的努力，勇于拼搏，争取更大的进步!

　　2017年关于数控专业顶岗实习心得体会 根据学校“开放办学、合作育人、提升质量、彰显特色的指导思想，数控技术部以探索工学交替教学模式为切入点，以“深化校企合作，提高学生职业技能和素养”为主题继续开展学生工学结合实习工作。自20xx年x月14开始组织10数一班级共41名学生进行了为期一个月的工学结合实习。通过实习让学生了解企业用人需求，培养吃苦耐劳品质，养成敬业爱岗精神，通过对液压提升器的装配、加工图纸的识读、加工资料的整理和零部件的装配等实践操作，使学生理解消化课堂所学内容，形成较强的专业实践技能。现将组织、实施情况总结如下：

　 一、准备阶段

　 1、联系实习企业(单位)

　 一是全面撒网联系。先后联系了莱州市通商机械有限公司、莱州市弘宇机械有限公司、莱州华银试验仪器有限公司、莱州市金泉摇臂厂、莱州市三力汽车配件有限公司、莱州市精密锻造有限公司、莱州市鲁达公司，中昌总部、莱州市昌信机械有限公司等十几家单位。二是从中选优安排。权衡组织方便、交通便利、生产安全等因素，筛选出了莱州市弘宇机械有限公司作为学生实习安排的场所，并和企业签订了实习协议。

　 2、准备四种材料

　 与实习办进行对接联系，根据企业、学校、学生实际，修订完善了学生安全协议、企业协议、实习报告、考勤记录等实习材料。

　 3、安排指导(带队)教师

　 安排付宗浩、孙培红老师带队进行学生管理和与企业进行协调工作。

　 4、召开工作会议

　 (1)召开班主任会。统一思想，提高认识，要求班主任本着对工作对学生负责的态度，高度重视这次工学结合实习。一是做好学生的安全教育工作。生产车间不同于校园，潜伏着来自地面、高空，加工工机械、加工材

　 料、设施用电等方面的威胁，危险随时随地存在，稍有大意，就有可能发生安全事故。班主任要教育学生时刻把安全放在首要位置，提高防范意识，要服从带队教师安排，统一动作。列举工地及实习过程中可能存在的安全隐患，教育学生安全警钟常鸣，严防安全事故发生。会后班主任与学生签订了安全协议。二是做好学生思想教育。教育学生遵规守纪，按工地章程行事;教育学生尊重师傅，做到“眼勤、手勤、嘴勤”，虚心好学，不耻下问，以实际行动树好个人及学校良好形象。三是协助班主任根据企业要求、交通情况、学生素质等对实习学生进行合理搭配安排。

　 (2)召开带队指导教师会议。一是强化带队指导教师是所负责学生的第一责任人意识，要求和学生同往、同学、同吃、同回，取消AB制轮休，全天候和学生在一起。二是做好学生日常管理，对学生教育态度要明朗，提醒要及时，处理要果断，打造专业品牌。三是协调企业、单位负责人安排好学生每天实习的内容，保证学生学有内容，练有项目，督促学生完成当日实习报告。

　 二、组织实施阶段

　 工学结合教师分工清楚，责任明确，学生安置到位，一切安排妥实后，专业部没有丝毫放松，专业部曲学光、赵曰刚主任每天行程二余公里，上午和下午两次不定时到实习单位督导检查，了解学生实习情况，进一步强调安全。对发现存在的问题现场办公，属于我们组织方面的原因，马上梳理整改，属于和企业衔接安排方面的原因，就和企业有关人员交流沟通，予以协商解决。

　 工学结合第四天，鉴于教师、学生对人员、环境熟悉后可能滋生麻痹心里，再次召开带队教师及班主任会议。教师汇报前段工作组织情况，分析存有的不足，说明下阶段工作打算，曲学光主任结合督导中发现的问题，对带队指导教师的工作进行了点评，对安全工作予以重申，对后期工作提出了要求。

　 三、实习效果

　 1、学生综合素质进一步提高

　 工学结合不仅能增加学生的实践锻炼机会，更重要的是它能使学生切身地感受到真实的工作场景，学到真正的技能，学生经历了与职业人之间的沟通，领略了行业以及岗位的文化氛围，深化了学生对职业角色、职业选择、职业实践的认识，帮助学生很好的进行职业规划。提高了学生的综合素质，具体有以下几个方面：

　 (1)在品德方面。培养了学生的敬业精神，端正了学习态度;对工作中的艰辛有了更深的理解，对工作的态度有了很大的转变，特别是工作中要坚持，要有耐心和细心。

　 (2)在知识结构方面。能做到理论联系实际，融会贯通各门专业课的知识，从简单的识记层面过渡到分析、应用阶段。

　 (3)在工作能力方面。提高了学生适应企业的综合能力，不仅实践技能迅速提升，而且还增强了竞争意识、效益观念。

　 2、师资建设进一步深入

　 建设一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、特色鲜明、勇于创新的“双师型”师资队伍是推行工学结合，全面提高教学质量，培养高技能人才的重要保证。指导老师在指导学生和走访企业时，深入一线，与企事业单位的业务能手沟通了信息，了解了本专业在实践中的最新发展变化情况，及时更新了专业知识信息，了解了企业用人需求，进一步推进了专业建设和教学改革。

　 四、实习展望

　 通过工学结合教学模式的培养，学生的技能水平将比其他模式下的学生有着明显的优势。工学结合充分利用了企业的优势资源，避免了机械材料的浪费，更节约了学校设备经费的投入。学生的实践内容又与现代化生产直接接轨，从而有利于提高学生在就业市场上的竞争力

　 总之，通过两个周的实习，学生不仅学到了很多很适用的具体的加工知识，更重要的是通过密切接触工人师傅和工程技术人员，学习他们的优

　 秀品质和敬业的精神，使学生进一步培养自己的专业素质，明确自己的社会责任和历史使命企业用人需求，培养了吃苦耐劳品质，养成敬业爱岗精神。

　　2017年关于数控专业顶岗实习心得体会 随着20XX年夏季的到来，我的大学三年时间即将结束，同时将近三个月的实习也临近尾声了。时间过得很快，相比起别人四年甚至更久的大学生活，我的三年略显匆匆了，不过正是这三年，我所得到的成长却是长足的，我从当初一个刚高考结束迷失在不知未来的孩子，已经成长为一个对生活有了明确目标的人。顶岗实习是教学与生产实际相结合的重要实践性教学环节。时间飞逝，转眼间离开学校顶岗实习已有几个月了。

　 这几个月来的实习，让我真真正感受到了理论和实践之间的距离，体会到了理论联系实践的真谛。实习中的所见所闻让我倍感自己的知识面还很窄很有限，需要更多的实践锻炼。通过实习，培养了我观察问题和解决实际问题的能力;培养了团结合作精神，提高了组织观念。

　 如果说，大学三年是心理成熟的发芽，开花期，那么这多个月来的实习便是定性成熟的结果期。

　 几个月来的实习，自己所接触的是真正的工作坏境，真正的社交坏境，与在学校在电视里所见到的截然不同，这里有的更为丰富，所以这里也是人际关系的学堂，人际关系的复杂远不是以前所能比拟的。当然，对于人际交往始终是要接触学习的，只有接触了才能真正的成长，善于交际也是我们每个即将毕业的学生所要奋斗的目标之一。

　 再长的路，一步步也能走完，再短的路，不迈开双脚也无法到达。相信自己以后一定能走好每步。

　 二、技术总结

　 (一)单位、产品介绍

　 我所实习的单位是广东翔泰精密机械有限公司,成立于2016年7月，是山西华翔投资公司与广东顺德诚泰精密机械有限公司合资成立的新公司，于2016年正式投产使用。位于广东省佛山市顺德区大良五沙高新工业园，通讯发达，交通便捷，环境优雅。目前公司拥有管理和技术精英人才40余人及13000平方米的花园式厂房。目前公司拥有各类先进生产设备252台。其中：数控车床202台、数控铣床 4台、平面磨床8台、外圆无心磨床头8 台、数控内圆磨床4台、高效网带式连续热处理设备4台。精密检测设备5台：包括三座标测量仪、圆度仪、粗糙轮廓仪、硬度计、金相显微镜等。明年计划投资2000万元，新增5条生产线，新增80台设备。

　 日前我司是广东美芝、格力凌达、松下万宝、瑞智精密等大型公司的生产配套外协厂，目前已具备空调压缩机五大系列零部件产品的数控设备制造生产线;公司按照ISO9002：2016标准模式运行，形成了严密的内部管理体制，实现了管理手段微机化。

　 根据公司五年规划发展要求，在五年内固定资产投入过亿，产品生产能力达到5000万件/年，销售收入达数亿元。

　 (二)岗位介绍

　 我的实习岗位是在制造部无心磨床，在师傅和同事的帮助下，我顺利完成了各项生产、检测任务，通过不懈的努力和出色的表现，得到了领导和同事的一致认可。

　 无心磨床的基本工作原理是：无心研削法它是由磨削砂轮，调整轮和工件支架三个机构构成，其中磨削砂轮实际担任磨削的工作，调整轮控制工件的旋转，并使工件发生进刀速度，至于工件支架乃在磨削时支撑工件，这三种机件可有数种配合的方法，但停止研磨除外，原理上都相同。

　 一种横向尺寸缩短的无心磨床，该无心磨床特别适合于用在一个小的安装空间中，并能够满足各种生产线的简化和节省空间的要求。由于磨轮修整单元设置在磨轮之上的倾斜向下的位置上，所以不必在磨轮的侧方保持一个用于磨轮修整单元的空间，该空间与传统的无心磨床的横向尺寸最为紧密相关。从而，可以大大地缩小无心磨床的横向尺寸，并能够将磨床安装到一个小的安装空间内，从而，满足各种生产线的简化和节省空间的要求。

　 应用无心磨削法磨削工件的旋转表面的磨床，通常指无心外圆磨床。在无心外圆磨床(见图)上，工件不用顶尖定心和支承，而是放在砂轮和导轮之间,由托板和导轮支承。砂轮一般装在主轴端部,宽度大于250毫米的砂轮则装在主轴中部,砂轮最大宽度可达900毫米。砂轮高速旋转进行磨削,导轮以较慢速度同向旋转，带动工件旋转作圆周进给。贯穿磨削时，通过调整导轮轴线的微小倾斜角来实现轴向进给，适于磨削细长圆柱形工件、无中心孔的短轴和套类工件等。切入磨削时,通过导轮架或砂轮架的移动来实现径向进给,适于磨削带轴肩或凸台的工件，以及圆锥体、球体或其他素线是曲线的工件。无心磨床的生产率较高，加上各种上下料装置后易于实现自动化，大多用于大量生产，可由不很熟练的工人操作。无心磨床磨削精度一般为：圆度2微米，尺寸精度4微米，高精度无心磨床可分别达到微米和2微米。此外还有无心内圆磨床和无心螺纹磨床等。

　 在无心磨床上要磨出高精度合格的零件，机床本身要具备以下几点：

　 (1)机床本身的几何精度要高(如：砂轮、导轮的回转精度，两修整器的精度等)。

　 (2)进给机构的定位精度及正反向的进给精度要高

　 (3)托架的刚性及稳定性要好

　 (4)整机要有较好的稳定性等等。

　 只有具备了以上这些条件，才能磨削出高精度的批量零件。

　 (三) 工作内容、收获 工作大纲是：

　 1.操作无心磨床 2.无心磨床的维护和保养 3.无心磨床的调试 4.无心磨床团队的管理 详细的内容是：

　 1、工作前

　 a.查验“交接班记录”。

　 b.检查操作手柄、开关、旋钮是否在正确位置，操纵是否灵活，安全装置是否齐全、可靠，然后方可接通电源。

　 c.检查油箱油量是否符合标准，按润滑图表的要求注油润滑。

　d.检查砂轮是否有裂纹，并用手扳动砂轮转动圈。

　 e.接通机床电源。

　 2、工作中

　 a.严禁超性能使用机床。

　 b.首先启动润滑油泵，待指示灯亮后，方可启动砂轮，空车运转3-5分钟，在确认润滑、液压、冷却、机械、电气系统运行正常后，方可进行磨削加工。

　 c.砂轮快速进给时，要特别注意移动距离，防止砂轮与工件相撞。

　 d.砂轮修整器及导轮修整器的金刚石应锐利，修整时必须有充足的冷却液。

　e.更换砂轮时，采用木棒敲击砂轮检查是否有裂纹声音;砂轮应进行静平衡，砂轮与夹盘间要紧固牢靠。砂轮(或导轮)与法兰盘之间应垫毫米的纸垫，夹紧时用力要均匀。
