　 “用珠宝装饰自己，，不如用知识充实自己。”书书就像一本武功秘籍，每一本本书是一种武功秘籍，看得越越多，懂得就越多。“宇宙无无边，知识无际”谁都能成为为“天下第一”，只要你愿意意下苦功，就一定会“开花结结果”，有所收获。

　学习习并不是唯一的，多读书籍的的确能学到不少课外知识。但但全靠阅读书籍来学习还远远远不够，要懂得。多读课外书书固然是好，但是不是多看书书就能在写作时一挥而就，出出口成章呢？又不是爱读课外外书就能成为“才子”呢？

　１．应有利于提高学生生学语文的兴趣

　开展综合合性语文训练的目的很大程度度上是要引起学生对语文的关关注，解决语文教学费时多效效率低的问题。要引起学生对对语文的兴趣，必须改革那些些沉闷呆板的教学方式，精挑挑细选向学生输送的语文信息息，以丰富多彩、生动活泼的的语文内容吸引学生，唤醒学学生心中的语文学习热情，养养成持久的学习习惯，形成良良好的语文心理。

　七年级级新教本中设置了丰富的趣味味性浓的综合性学习训练，教教师可以适当增加一些学习资资料，印发给学生以扩大视野野。如“感受自然”这一项，，可让学生先在上、图书馆中中收集有关四季景色的图片和和文章，大家交流阅读，然后后班级组织一次秋游。预先布布置学生观察自己喜爱的景物物，拍摄图片，回来后配上文文字，加上音乐，制成音图文文并茂的文件、邮件，在互联联中交流欣赏，再选几篇好的的文章让学生在班上有表情地地朗读。经过活动训练，学生生们就获得了采访和编辑的能能力，俨然成了一名小记者。。

　 “人类起源、太空探探索、神秘的大自然、为自己己设计一个美好的家园”，这这些都是学生们喜爱的学习内内容。教师可以介绍学生们去去读这些方面的书籍，上课时时让学生上讲台推介，概述其其主要内容；或把主要内容摘摘录下来，加上评论，制成一一本本个人专集，做成一个个个卡片，编成一份份小报。写写好文章后，各组再举行小型型阅读笔会，互相修改评价等等。这都有助于提高学生学语语文的兴趣。

　２．应有利利于向课外延伸

　３．应采用学生喜闻闻乐见的形式

　开展综合性性语文训练，应根据所教学生生的实际情况和学生的需要来来决定。与学生商量准备实施施的语文活动，征求他们的意意见，要尽量采用学生喜闻乐乐见的形式。新课程注重各学学科的互相渗透，主张充分运运用各种现代科技手段。教师师应该在这些方面下苦功，不不断丰富自己的各科知识，学学会使用和制作多媒体课件，，充分利用电教化设备，使语语文课堂教学更加丰富多彩。。

　我们对教材的的筛选，对教学方法的选择，，都应该从给予学生一种独立立发展自我学习能力的方法上上去考虑，使他们形成良好的的语文学习习惯，掌握良好的的语文学习方法，形成一种长长期的、稳定的自我学习本领领。因此，在教学过程设计上上，教师应大胆放手，让学生生自己去读，动手找资料去写写，在讲台上大胆说，互相之之间细心听；学会到图书馆找找资料，摘录报纸，编辑文章章，制作电脑小报；增加独立立学语文的能力。

　对于学习，我们应该去适适应它，而不是让它来适应我我们。

　那我们应该怎样去去适应学习呢？我觉得我们应应该做到以下三点：

　一、、学得平衡。

　学习，首先先要做到的就是平衡。不能说说你喜欢这一学科，就一味地地学习这一学科，而放弃其它它学科。但也不能因为你这一一学科较弱而总学习这一学科科，自己较强的学科却不去学学习。这些都是不平衡的现象象，到最后只会是两手空空。。我们应该做到科科必学，科科科平衡。当然，如果自己的的弱势学科实在是补不上，我我们可以采取“扬长避短”的的学习方法，让自己的优势学学科学得更好，以弥补自己的的不足。

　二、学得透彻。。

　学习，就是要有敢问敢敢钻研的精神。我是一个提倡倡“不懂就问”的学习方法的的人。要想学得透彻，不光上上课要认真听，课后还要找出出不懂的地方问老师，与同学学探讨，力求把每一个不懂的的地方都弄懂，每一个知识点点都学懂。不能将不懂的知识识都藏起来，要记住把不懂的的知识变成为自己的知识，是是一件有利于自己的事。

　三、学得有趣。

　当你把把所有的知识都学懂之后，你你会发现，原来那一道道如拦拦路虎般的练习题都变成了笑笑脸在向你招手。学得有趣就就是要在学得透彻的基础上更更进一步。把做练习题变得像像做游戏一样有趣，那你的学学习之旅就会变得既轻松又愉愉快了。

　以上所说的是学学习方法，接下来该说说学习习态度了。学习态度对于学习习也是非常重要的。我的学习习态度就是：考得好，不能骄骄傲，心中要牢记“骄兵必败败”这句话。考得差，不要气气馁，振作精神，鼓足力气努努力冲刺。

　学习是一件困困难而又轻松的事，只要你掌掌握一定的学习方法与态度，，就能化难为易，轻松学习。。

　学习，我曾经认为是一一件很苦的事情。但是，后来来我找到了方法，兴趣，斗志志，激情，我终于再不认为学学习是一件枯燥的事情了。

　英语比起其它语言来说，，应该算是最容易的。对于英英语的口语学习我想说，单纯纯的背诵或者单纯的练习各种种对话都是不够的，而要两者者结合起来。最后还是想说一一句勤奋比任何技巧方法都重重要，因为学英语贵在坚持。。

　语文呢？学语文要学会会熟读课本的每一篇课文，我我们只有把课文读透、读熟，，课文中的知、情、意、景等等，才自然会明白。古人云：：“读书百遍，其意自见。””就是这个道理。当我需要记记忆某些知识点，课文的时候候，我采用最原始的方法：抄抄！抄一遍没有记住，我就抄抄两遍，两遍不行，三遍………直到我记住为止。很多基础础知识，我抄了八九遍。尤其其是重要的知识点，决不能掉掉以轻心！学习没有懒可以偷偷！书山有路勤为径，学海无无涯苦作舟！这就是真理。不不能因为自己背得比别人慢而而放弃背诵。

　数学呢？我我不是一个智商很高的人，但但也不是一个头脑反应特别快快的人，不仅我的家长这样说说我，还有许多教过我的老师师也这么说。但他们也曾告诉诉过我“太聪明的人不一定能能成功，聪明反被聪明误！既既然你不是一个智商很高的人人，你就必须比别人更努力更更刻苦更认真，才能取得优异异的成绩。”我听从了他们的的话。不是有一个成语为“笨笨鸟先飞”吗？那就要做到课课前预习，课后及时复习。不不要怕别人笑话你笨！只要有有我不懂得地方，我就去问，，问同学问老师。我不在乎别别人怎么说我，不懂就是不懂懂，没有必要因为怕别人说““笨”而放弃问问题。孔子不不是说过，“知之为知之，不不知为不知。”吗？今天，这这个问题如果没有弄懂，明天天那个问题也没有弄懂，时间间长了，问题就积累多了，就就会感到学习越来越艰难了，，自信心也随之消亡了。

　这次的期中考试，我我取得了较好的成绩，列全年年级第六名。这点成绩，比起起其他同学仍有许多不足。现现在就让我谈一下自己的体会会吧。

　珍惜现在的学习环环境是学好知识的前提。我很很庆幸来到这所全市最优美的的学校读书，校长、老师精心心的呵护，为我们解决一个个个学习中的难题；父母起早贪贪黑接送我们上下学，无微不不至地关心着我们的生活；同同学之间互相帮助……这些，，我时时珍惜着，并激励着我我学好知识。

　及时地总结就可以学好知识。。我们经常会遇到各门功课的的考试，而考试正是检验你对对学习过的知识掌握得是否牢牢固的途径。只要试卷一发下下来，看到有错误的地方，就就要立刻分析“病因”，及时时对考试成功或失败的原因进进行总结，并将错误的题目改改正记录在一个固定的本子上上，就可防止旧错重犯。

　一、班级基本情况

　我带带的班级，学生状态稳定，是是一个较优秀的班级。全班共共有学生31名，男生9人，，女生22人。中间力量比较较强，尖子生较少。学生的英英语，语文两科较好，个别学学生数学，科学偏科现象比较较严重。他们有较高的学习热热情和远大的理想，能够独立立完成学校作业，每位同学都都有自己的学习目标，学生平平时有较好的行为习惯和学习习习惯。经过三年的共同学习习和生活训练，班级有较好的的班风和学风。班级学习平均均成绩名列前茅。
