Because Tivoli seems to have something for everyone ?from its world-renowned gardens and fountains to over 28 rides[游乐设施]. Within its gates, Tivoli offers the world’s oldest operating roller coaster[过山车] and the brand new and totally terrifying Golden Tower Turbo Drop.

When it comes to giving guests an exciting, restful mini-vacation, Nagashima Spa Land delivers with a combination of world-class thrills and unexpected delights.
　　Downtown Hollywood, California, is a land of excitement, glamour[魅力], and illusion[幻觉]. But, if you drive just 30 miles north of the city, you would crest[达到顶点] a hill and see another magical land. It’s Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California, and our No.7 choice of the greatest thrill parks in the world happy-to-be-alive-after-you-ride-our-coasters business. It was built in 1971 and covers over 111 acres of land, quickly becoming one of the worldwide powerhouses of thrill parks. And they just love to make news and break records, by introducing a new scream machine almost every year. Goliath is the latest addition to the twelve roller coasters currently at Magic Mountain, and it’s not even the scariest ride in the park. That would be Superman The Escape. Faster than a speeding bullet, passengers go from 0-100 miles an hour in 7 seconds ?the first ride ever that go注1 that fast. Riders are shot 41 stories high and then experience what seems like an eternity[永恒] of weightless exhilaration[兴奋] or terror[恐怖].
　　Located in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, it takes No.6 on our list, Kennywood Park. Today, Kennywood is the world’s best-preserved, most charming, most vigorous[活泼的] gateway into the lost world of turn-of-the-century American amusement parks. But Kennywood is not a park that dwells on[沉浸于] the past. It also has some of the best modern attractions, like The Pitfall. Whatever your pace[步], this park still has that Kennywood charm that’s kept families coming here for generation after generation.
　　Now we move on to an area of the world renowned for gourmet[美食] food and really good art ?Paris, France ?land of culture and sophistication[混合]. Just 20 minutes outside of the city limits lies France’s Parc Asterix, and, although it has only been open since 1989, this place has become one of the most jam-packed thrill parks on the globe. Asterix is one of France’s favorite cartoon characters, kind of like the European version of Mickey Mouse. Parc Asterix is elaborately[精巧地] themed. Visitors can explore Asterix Village, Forest of the Druids, or Ancient Greece, where the rides are named for mythological[神话的] figures. This roller coaster has almost too many loops[环] to count. And Parc Asterix is almost too much to see in one day.
