　一、年度工作目标

　、深入开展调查研究，积极极参政议政

　紧紧围绕市委、、市政府“构筑大交通、培育育大产业、发展大流通、繁荣荣大文化、开发大旅游”的““五大建设”和区委、区政府府精心打造的“南船北马、美美食天堂、商贸名区、婚庆之之都、生态新城、和谐家园””的“六大名片”以及民生发发展需要，立足综合性、战略略性和前瞻性课题，积极组织织企业家参加各类调研、宣传传、信息工作，形成了等多篇篇调研文章。

　狠抓项目建设设。

　区委下达工商联内资226个亿。现已完成到位资金金28亿元，5000万元以以上项目2个，亿元以上项目目2个。官邸酒吧由苏州客商商投资，该项目总投资50000万元，总面积3500平平方米，现已建成营业。培友友连锁酒店由盐城客商投资，，项目总投资5000万元，，现已建成营业。中瑞大厦项项目总投资12亿元，目前，，已建至地上2层。投资2亿亿元九龙国际大厦因容积率、、日照问题、补交土地款事宜宜正在请市主要领导协调。齿齿轮厂地块由淮安金鼎置业有有限责任公司投资，总投资55亿元，总面积12万平方米米。

　加强商会建设。

　为充充分放大新区浩源汽车博览城城等项目集聚效应，增强汽车车福射带动作用，着力将新区区打造成集汽车展销、修配、、检测、二手车市场为一体的的现代化汽配商贸城，配合市市工商联筹备成立市汽车产业业商会联合会，以覆盖淮安整整个汽车行业。在推动服务业业快速发展的同时，大力发展展婚庆相关产业。据不完全统统计，我区现有婚纱摄影企业业61家，婚庆礼仪企业800余家。在第九届淮安中国淮淮扬菜美食文化节期间，充实实婚庆产业协会，逐步把婚纱纱摄影、家电家具、酒店餐饮饮、床上用品、美容化妆以及及房地产、家装、旅游等相关关资源整合在一起，为家庭提提供集团化、一体化、规范化化的服务，为企业构建合作多多赢的平台。同时，还成立了了以网络传媒、时尚艺术、影影视制作、工业设计、室内设设计、建筑设计、广告设计、、工艺美术品设计等为主导产产业的文化创意产业商会。

　积极参加美食文化节活动。

　1与名典咖啡、咖啡人、皇驾驾咖啡等多家咖啡厅进行洽谈谈对接，最后与名典咖啡签定定合作协议，为“融侨之恋””第九届淮扬菜文化节开幕式式焰火歌舞晚会做好服务餐饮饮工作。

　2积极组织、宣传传发动14个行业商会参加美美食文化节广告宣传、展会、、租赁等商业合作项目。配合合淮海商报社做好10月155日婚博会婚纱、摄影、旅游游等与婚庆相关企业在新区婚婚博园布展宣传营销。

　增强强商会凝聚力。

　上半年，召召开了区工商联四届四次执委委会，传达区委有关会议精神神，研究和布署工商联工作。。为了进一步改进工作方法，，服务全区经济社会发展大局局，积极开展意见征求活动，，收回有价值建议20余条。。增补了2名商会副会长、44名常委、10名执委；表彰彰了一批在招商引资、光彩事事业、参政议政、商会建设、、新区建设以及基层党建中成成绩突出的先进个人。为了让让民企老板感受到来自“娘家家”温暖，5月份，组织工商商联常委30人参加体检。66月下旬，邀请省内著名专家家为全区500余名企业经营营管理人员举办了一期专题培培训，以提高民营企业家素质质，增强抵御风险的能力。

　为建立和谐稳定的劳动关关系，从维护劳动者合法权益益为出发点，以实现社会、企企业、职工的和谐发展和共赢赢为目标，在区总工会指导帮帮助下，7月初成立了区服务务业工会联合会。下半年，又又在医药业协会成立了医药业业协会工会联合会和医药业协协会党支部。

　加强非公企业业党组织建设。

　为了了进一步提高商会和实施光彩彩事业非公企业的知名度，淮淮安日报的淮商风采栏目宣传传了从下岗工人到创业明星的的美容美发商会会长刘珍，圣圣象地板的程一平。工商联的的《五大工作助推民营经济更更好更快发展》和《创优民企企发展环境》两篇文章，进一一步加大了民营企业家履行社社会责任的意识。区光彩事业业促进会副会长李如祥代表立立洋文具有限公司，向全市教教育系统无偿捐赠价值二十万万元的学生用笔。
