　　作为学校的档案管理老师。之前，这对我来说是一项完全陌生的工作。于是在整理归档的过程中边整理边摸索，不懂的地方打电话虚心向有专业知识的老师请教。整理好以后反复地检查，并请陈秀芳老师修改，指正。并且把打印好的档案目录清单一次次地送过去请老师指导，回来以后再认真地进行修改。经过老师的耐心指导和自己认真学习、钻研 ，很快地就进入了角色，能较熟练地对档案进行归档整理。并不时地改进方式、方法，来提高档案整理的效率。

　例如：在文书档案整理过程中，首先把历年来的文件按年份、上级发放部门分类，然后逐年整理。把一年所有的档案文件边用回行针固定边按要求分成：永久、长期和短期;再进行目录的打印，;然后用铅笔对每一份文件编号 ;最后进行装订、包角和编号。这样做比较有序，能及时地发现问题，把错误率降到最低，来提高档案整理的效果和效率。除此之外，学校教育、教学工作的档案是最多的，我们都要细心地分类，有序地整理。
