　 财政局民主评议自查自纠情况报告

　**县人民政政府办公室关于印发**县22010年民主评议政府职能能部门实施意见的通知》（腊腊政办发[2010]78号号）文件精神，我局领导高度度重视，在县财政系统内认真真组织开展民主评议活动，现现将自查自纠情况汇报如下：：

　我局领导把本次评议活动动作为促进行风乃至各项财政政事业健康发展的一次机遇，，认真组织开评议活动。一是是成立机构，制定方案。我局局按照县委、县政府的统一安安排部署，结合自身实际，研研究制定下发了《腊县财政局局2010年民主评议实施方方案》，保证活动有计划、有有步骤的实施。成立了以局党党总支书记、局长张荣江为组组长，副局长郭学文为副组长长，重点业务股室和窗口股室室负责人为成员的领导小组，，下设办公室在局办公室负责责日常工作。二是召开动员大大会，进行思想发动。根据县县评议办的统一安排部署和腊腊政办[2010]78号文文件精神，我局民主评议领导导小组立即**县财政局系统民主主评议工作动员大会，统一思思想，提高认识，明确了工作作范围、原则、步骤和具体要要求。

　为了切切实搞好自查自纠工作，我们们采取多种方式向社会广泛征征求意见，主要是通过发放征征求意见表、召开座谈会、电电话咨询、面对面等多种途径径向单位、服务对象、人民群群众征求意见。本次我们还重重点向十个乡镇财政所及基层层服务对象和群众征求意见，，力求查找出我局在政风行风风建设方面存在的问题。征求求意见表内容主要针对我局在在资金管理使用、政务公开、、服务态度、办事效率、依法法行政等方面的建设情况。截截止目前我局共收集征求意见见表102份，从收集到的意意见建议来看，我局在政风行行风建设上得到了社会各界的的肯定，但仍然发现了不足，，找到了差距，我局决心以人人

　三、认真梳理问题，切实整整改。

　在广泛征求意见的基基础上，我局认真梳理归纳，，查找出了存在的主要问题：：一是还需要进一步转变工作作作风、提升服务水平。二是是在推行政务公开方面，办事事依据、办事规则、办事程序序还有待进一步规范和完善，，政务公开范围和深度还需要要加强；三是财政资金监管上上的力度不够；四是还需要在在加强乡镇财政所管理上下功功夫。
