　一、全面谋划部署，落实党党风廉政责任制

　为提高公公司领导干部的责任意识，，全面推进党风廉政建设责责任制的落实，公司党支部部积极研究制定并了下发公公司《XX年度反腐倡廉建建设工作计划》，为公司党党风廉政建设提出了总体要要求，提供了有力的组织保保障。为抓好责任制贯彻执执行的关键环节，切实落实实好领导干部“一岗双责””，公司根据自身实际，制制定了《班子成员党风廉政政建设和反腐败工作责任分分解表》，坚持一把手负总总责，班子其它成员分工负负责的原则，将党风廉政建建设责任制层层分解，细化化责任分工，坚持包责到人人。并与领导班子成员层层层签订责任书，对履责情况况实行考核，落实领导班子子党风廉政建设责任制工作作述职制度，把开展党风廉廉政建设工作与开展公司业业务工作，同部署、同落实实、同考核，形成一级抓一一级，层层抓落实的责任体体系。

　二、坚持多措并举举，落实各项廉政工作部署署

　俗话说：光说不练假把把式。为了使公司党风廉政政工作能够按照年初计划卓卓有成效地落实到位，公司司坚持采取多种措施抓督查查、抓落实。

　 (一)坚坚持开展廉政宣教

　公司将将廉政教育作为提高领导干干部廉洁自律意识，提升其其党性修养的有力抓手。

　公司党支部召开专专门会议部署廉政自查工作作。会议决定：按照集团纪纪委要求，不断加强对领导导干部作风的监督检查。公公司采取定期考核、专项检检查和自查自纠等方式对领领导干部廉政工作落实情况况进行检查，并将汇总结果果以《落实党风廉政各项规规定情况自查表》、《落实实中央八项规定、深纠“四四风”问题自查表》、《““三重一大”决策事项自查查表》的形式上报集团监察察审计部，接受集团纪委对对我公司廉政工作的监督指指导，真正实现公司廉政自自查常态化。

　 (三)严严格落实中央“八项规定””

　 (五)建建立健全权力运行监控体系系

　一是组织公司中层以上上干部填写了XX年度《岗岗位廉政风险评估和预警防防控表》及《廉政风险等级级及防范措施目录》来明确确各自职责权力、查找廉政政风险点、制定针对性预警警防控措施，为公司的健康康发展和从业人员的廉洁自自律提供制度保障。
