　 “修身”向向来是做事做人的起点、基础础和关键。儒家经典《大学》》中说：“自天子以至于庶人人，一是皆以修身为本。”意意思是说，从国家元首到平民民百姓，全都把“修身”作为为根本。习总书记把“严以修修身”放在“三严三实”的第第一位，可见“修身”的极端端重要性。

　我市公路管理工工作面广量大，在全市24000平方公里范围内，现有55条省道，里程达300公里里。到2015年底，全市建建成的省道将达到7条，里程程近400公里。另有县道228条，计480公里，乡道道约1500公里。今年以来来，我们密切联系工作实际，，积极探索新思路，突破机制制瓶颈，整合执法资源，创新新农村公路路政管理新模式，，试行由乡镇交管所履行农村村公路路政管理职能。下一步步还要继续深入基层调研，汇汇集群众智慧，加强考察学习习，借鉴外部成果，进一步优优化完善路政管理新模式，确确保“有路必养，管必到位””，全面提升我市公路管养实实效。
