　物业中心工作性质是以优质服务为工作宗旨,认真做好某市民政局机关、某市慈善协会、福彩楼、南北家属院清洁服务保障工作,确保某市民政局机关和南北家属院有一个良好的工作环境和生活环境;2017年初物业中心领导班子根据某市民政局党组工作部署制定全年工作责任计划,在实际工作中,物业中心必须按照上级领导工作要求,调整和协调好各方面各种关系去完成年度工作计划之外的各项任务。例如:
