　 今年的工作分两个方面：

　 〔一〕在计划财务部的工作，我在公司计划财务部综合室负责成本费用的核算。在此期间，做了如下工作：

　 1、认真审核原始凭证，编制记帐凭证。

　 3、今年，是我公司实行全面预算管理及绩效考核的第一年，为此，进行了大量的前期准备工作，年初按项目、部门对收入、成本制定并下达了相关预算。在以后的工作中，根据预算，严格控制各项成本、费用，为绩效考核小组提供及时、准确的财务数据。

　 4、四月，根据省公司有关文件精神，制定了各经营服务部支出专户管理的规定，完善了货币资金管理;六月，为了很好地执行省公司将顺德分公司纳入佛山分公司管理、考核的精神，及时制定了顺德分公司运营资金的管理流程。

　 5、树立很好的服务意识，对各经营服务部核算室提出的问题总是进行快速反应、解决。及时下拨各经营部每月的运营资金。日常工作中，注意对他们的工作提出些指导意见，为此，跟各经营服务部核算室建立了很好的工作关系。

　 、正确计算营业税款及个人所得税，及时、足额地缴纳税款。对末有发票的费用，及时到税局开具发票、代扣代缴税款。加强与税务部门的沟通与联系，取得他们的支持与指导。

　 〔二〕在核算室的工作，我在担任核算室主任。从会计核算人员转为基层管理者，我很快地调整好自己的心态与工作思路。在此期间，做了如下工作：

　 1、首先在短时间内熟悉了业务，然后制定、理顺了营业款结算、分销结算、备用金报销、发票管理等流程;加强对营业收入款项的有效监控，加快资金的回收;加强对营业厅及分销商执行公司营销政策、财务制度的监督。

　 2、每月编制资金预算，严把部门费用报销的审核关，有效地进行成本费用控制。定期对成本费用的构成作统计分析，向部门经理及各有关部门提供合理化建议。付出是为了更好地得到，让“效益为王”的理念贯于公司整个经营活动之中。

　 3、在人员偏紧的情况下，培训核算员充分地利用科学先进的工作方法，熟练地操作电脑，让他们从繁重的手工操作中解脱出来，很好地提高工作效率，做到核算工作事半功倍。并利用自己掌握的知识、技能，重新编制了有关核算表格，日常只要做好数据的准确录入，月底即自动生成汇总报表，解决了以往每到月底，即忙、乱的局面。

　 4、在紧张的工作之余，加强团队建设,打造一个业务全面，工作热情高涨的团队。作为一个管理者，对下属充分做到“察人之长、用人之长、聚人之长、展人之长“，充分发挥他们的主观能动性及工作积极性。提高团队的整体素质，树立起开拓创新、务实高效的部门新形象。

　 5、作为基层管理者，我充分认识到自己既是一个管理者，更是一个执行者。要想带好一个团队，首先要以身作则，除了熟悉业务外，还需要负责具体的工作及业务。在人员偏紧的情况下，我负责了很大一部份具体工作，如运营资金的预算、佣金的计提、用户话费托收数据的传送、营业报表的汇总编制及会计核算等等。这得到了同伴很大程度的认同，对我开展工作也带来很大帮助。
