　走进大学，意味着你你已经长大了，意味着身上上要承担一些责任，别人衡衡量的标准也不再像是对孩孩子一样，而我们更加要严严格要求自己，提高自身的的修养和素质。开始时，看看到身边的同学利用空余时时间去兼职，心里也想着和和他们一样，但有了时间，，同学介绍哪里有兼职的机机会，我却退缩了，我怕辛辛苦，又觉得自己不缺那点点钱，最后都没有去成。

　大一暑假同学介绍说有社社会实践活动，是去药监局局，抱着试一试的心态去面面试，原以为去不了。没想想到隔天竟然打电话给我通通知我上班。当时那种喜悦悦的心情，我至今还记得，，可能是第一次的原因。上上班的地方离我家好远，第第一次去的路上就已经很累累了，还要这样坚持一个月月，哪受得了啊?或许那时时候打退堂鼓的想法已经在在我心里产生了。去到办公公室，主任先给我们十几个个学生开一个小会，主要是是分配我们去哪个科室，还还有告诉我们要怎么做之类类的。我们科室的人都很友友好，尤其是我们负责人，，教会了我很多东西。他们们都是用行动告诉你该怎么么做，而不是在那里讲道理理给你;负责人还教了我我如何对这些资料分类，方方便以后查阅，毕竟福田区区的药店实在太多了。其实实有些工作量可能会很繁琐琐，重复，但只要你的心态态摆正，用一些巧妙的方法法或者你会发现其中的乐趣趣，这是我在负责人身上学学到的。我主要的工作任务务是上传福田区证照的营业业执照、gsp认证等资料料上传到单位新开发协同监监管平台，还有整理档案，，偶尔和负责人外出检查药药店，医疗器械企业等等。。这份工作难度并不大，但但工作量大，很繁琐，但要要求要细心，认真对待。慢慢慢接触下去，我并没有当当初的想法，嫌路途遥远，，嫌单调，相反的是我庆幸幸我有来这里实习，我学到到了很多和;还认识了一班前辈辈，也算是老师了，从他们们身上也可以学习经验;更更加知道如何负责，我觉得得在工作上，必须要有责任任感，这点是很重要的。

　XX年大学生社会实践践的活动。时间飞逝，很快快，一个月的社会实践活动动就结束了。在这一个月里里，我学到了很多东西。在在许多方面也有所提高，例例如，在交际能力上，我比比以前开朗了，更加主动的的去认识朋友，跟同学们聊聊天等等。在这一个月里，，镇政府组织了很多活动。。例如，组内交流活动，由由各小组组织一个内部活动动;大学生志愿服务活动;;社会调查活动;兴趣培训训活动;第一桶金活动。

　77月25号这天，我们进行行大学生志愿服务活动。那那天，我张文乐，陈勇同学学和志愿者黄先生去探望孤孤寡老人张老人。据张老人人说，他5岁的时候就盲了了，现在已经86岁了。可可以想象他这81年的不见见天日的生活有多么的困难难，有多么的艰难。那时，，我觉得张老人真的挺可怜怜的。他住的屋子很残破，，很旧。我想为他做点什么么，但是，我又不知道我能能够做些什么。我真的真的的不知道。我也只能在这里里和他聊天，说说话，为他他的生活增添一点色彩。我我听黄先生说，政府每个月月都会组织一些志愿者来探探望这些孤寡老人。的确，，他们最需要的就是社会的的帮助。我由衷的希望!

　在兴趣培训活动中，我参加加了交谊舞培训班。因为培培训班里，我们男生比女生生还多，所以，我们的舞蹈蹈老师何老师就交我们跳叉叉叉舞。虽然，我们只有三三天的学习时间，但是，我我们每一个人都十分认真的的学习。我知道，我们参加加了这次活动的学生都对舞舞蹈有一定兴趣。在这短暂暂的三天里，我们学习到了了如何和别人更好的配合，，更加增添了我们男女同学学彼此之间的认识。从中，，我也变得不再那么的羞涩涩，能主动的邀请女同学一一起练习舞蹈。

　在社会调调查活动中，我觉得这是我我们比较辛苦的一次活动了了。在这活动的几天里，我我们在我们住的三条村的工工厂里和到镇上的一些企业业里询问。因为，我们的主主题是有关企业等单位使用用什么样的人才。在活动中中，我们当然会遇到一些困困难。例如，企业领导并不不想见我们，或者只跟我们们聊了几句就走了等等的问问题。但是，我们并没有气气馁，因为这是考验我们能能力的时候。我们也只能继继续坚持。最后，我们终于于完成了我们的调查活动。。虽然，我们在社会调查汇汇报会里面，发现我们的调调查工作和其他组还有一定定的距离，有一定的不足，，但是，我们并没有灰心丧丧气。因为，我们从中学到到了很多东西。无论在勇气气方面，吃苦耐劳方面，还还是在应变能力方面，我们们都有了一定的进步。所以以，我们是获益不浅的。

　最后，我们进行最后的一一个活动----第一桶金金。第一桶金，为期10天天，在这10天里，我们各各组成员都发挥出了自己应应有的水平。我们卖的东西西都得到了广大人民的一致致好评。为什么这么说了因为他们都光顾了我们的的每一个摊位。而且还不只只一次了。这次活动，是我我们这次社会实践活动中最最辛苦的一次活动了，为期期10天，下午早早的就在在公园正门摆好摊。面对着着炎热的太阳，热得满身大大汗。虽然辛苦，但是我们们都没有过多的抱怨，因为为，这是我们第一次做生意意，第一次挣钱，我们要全全力以付，做到最好。第一一桶金活动，使我明白了做做生意的艰难，明白了挣钱钱的不!也真正明白白了“一粒一滴汗，粒粒皆皆辛苦”的含义。以后，我我要更加节省的发钱了，挣挣钱不容易啊!

　 “吾尝终日不食，终终夜不寐，以思，无益，不不如学也。”这是论语中的的一句话，说的是一个人整整夜不食不寝去思考一个问问题，没有什么好处，不如如亲自去学习研究。在实践践过程中，我们在锻炼，在在成长。也许每天都拖着疲疲惫不堪的身子回来，也许许每天都要为了当天的任务务而焦头烂额，也许每天都都要为了明日的调查与宣传传做着准备，但我觉得这是是是快乐的。

　残忍的期末末考试终于结束了，意味着着我们的暑期实践活动开始始。活动的主题是‘卫生保保健室基层，铁筑方圆助和和谐’，地点是在南平市邵邵武，离我家乡比较近，这这也是我选择这个队的一方方面原因。我和其他队友对对这次活动很激动，也非常常有热情。虽然只有短短的的一个星期，但是我们学到到了很多，不但包括知识，，更重要的是学会了如何做做人处事。学会了书本上所所学不到的知识，并且把所所学知识应用到了实践中，，真正做到了理论联系实际际。

　我们活动的第一站是是参观邵武市的李纲纪念馆馆，了解一些当地的历史知知识;第二站也是活动真正正的开始，我们的行程是在在邵武市立医院见习。一大大早的我们就来到了医院门门口，接待我们的是该医院院的护理部主任。她把我们们的队员分成了五组，安排排到不同的科室进行见习;;第三站是在王延里小区，，在这里为当地居民做些简简单的测量血压和夏季常见见疾病的预防及急救知识的的宣传;第四站是在别的社社区为居民测血压等，使更更多的居民受益;第五站是是去了福利院，看望这里的的小孩老人，给他们温暖，，与他们游戏聊天谈心;第第六站是体验农家乐，我们们在一起队长家包水饺，其其乐融融;

　总体下来，整个活动动是顺利的，但我们不免也也会遇上麻烦。在测血压的的时候，有些人故意刁难我我们，总是找我们的不是，，尽管不停的解释。还有在在进行问卷调查的时候，也也碰了非常多的壁，最主要要的是群众人民的不配合，，不想帮忙填写问卷，他们们有的是怕耽误时间，有的的怕麻烦，有的人说不识字字，总之什么理由都有。

　但这次活动收获最大大的是一个意外的家，没有有父亲母亲，只有老大排到到小六的六位成员。我很高高兴自己是其中的一位，排排行第二。真不敢相信这么么短暂的时间能建立如此深深厚的友谊。因为活动住宿宿的局限，我们被安排早一一起居住，起先我还担心自自己会被另外五位从未接触触过的队友排挤，至少他们们之间都已经认识了。不过过只经过一天的接触，我们们的感情便渐入佳境，我们们之间的行为时那么的夸张张，我们之间的语言是那么么的搞笑，我们之间的活动动是那么的雷人。在这个家家里，每一天都能笑的胃抽抽筋，每一天···总之收收获这个家，我灰常的开心心。

　XX年暑假，我我在学院的大力倡导下走出出象牙塔般悠闲舒适的生活活，进行暑期社会实践，带带着一份中国共产党预备党党员的责任感和使命感深人人基层、深人群众、深人实实际，充分展现我们当代大大学生的思想、热情和行动动，在实践中受教育、长才才干、作奉献，树立正确的的世界观、人生观、价值观观。

　7月中旬到8月末末，我假期的第一份社会实实践活动在辽阳市老干部大大学合唱团展开，那里有一一群爱唱歌的离退休老干部部。这个合唱队是辽阳市老老干部大学声乐班的老干部部学生自发组建的，他们虽虽然没有经历过专业的合唱唱训练，但是他们却拥有着着对合唱不灭的热情，从220**年7月组建至今，，他们已取得了很大的进步步。他们是一个紧密的团队队，为了共同的目标聚在一一起，有着共同的任务，他他们深信只要大家都做好，，就能收到预期的效果，这这也可以锻炼与人合作的能能力。了解了合唱队的情况况后，我把从学校所学习的的声乐钢琴及合唱排练法等等知识运用到我的“课堂教教学”中。

　这个团团体的特殊性，在于队员中中大部分人都没有经过专业业的发声训练，音域虽然很很宽，但是声音发白而扁，，没有一个统一的位置。针针对这种情况，我首先采用用了哼鸣练习，让队员在不不断的练习中找到声音的共共性。在发声训练中，我还还通过母音转换对咬字吐字字等问题进行了处理，并用用翘翘板、滚雪球、溪水倒倒流等多种比喻形象地对发发声的原理和方法进行解释释。通过这些训练争取使整整个队伍的声音和谐、优美美、有感染力。在与合唱队队的配合中，我还尝试了钢钢琴即兴伴奏。一个多月中中，他们演唱了《军民团结结一家亲》《在灿烂的阳光光下》《共青团员之歌》 起初，只会按图索50一 755岁，但是他们却有着对自自己热爱事业的不懈追求，，排练守时、认真严谨、状状态积极，这也是我在今后后学习生活中所必须学习的的精神。这次社会实践教会会了我怎样与人交流，怎样样上好一节课，怎样去适应应多

　7月23日，我参与了了辽阳市工商银行与辽阳交交通广播电台联合直播的《《牡丹之夜文艺晚会》，演演唱了歌曲《天路》，这是是我假期里的第二次社会实实践活动。从整场晚会节目目的编排到上场演出，我在在获得舞台经验的同时接触触到了不一样的现场直播的的幕后工作。通过这次演出出，我懂得了台前幕后是同同样的重要，正是由于幕后后工作人员默默的付出才会会有台前演员的美丽瞬间，，这使我联想到了默默坚守守岗位、无私奉献的老师，，也为我今后的学习生活工工作也指明了方向。老师是是我们的知心朋友，是我们们的引路灯，()是我们知知识的源泉，老师给予学子子的，是知识、是温暖、是是财富、;她奉献自已，，造就我们，老师―我们终终身的良师益友。

　第一，耐心心和细心。虽然我只做了一一个多月的老师，但是我学学会了耐心处理每一件小事事，从不同角度去观察身边边的每一个人。

　第二，坚坚强和独立。用微笑去直面面每次挫折与失败，从中吸吸取教训，在不断的实践中中历练自己的人格和意志，，成为一个生活的强者。

　作为文学院的学生，我们们身上具备人文气息、书香香情怀，正是这一点，我们们满怀信心，带着几分期许许、几分热情、几分激动来来到目的地。

　受到通州新新华书店的相关负责人员热热情接待之后，我们很快就就和一群活泼可爱的小孩子子玩成一气，我们被他们由由内而外散发出来的童真与与认真深深地吸引了。他们们先是仔细填写完了“我的的奥运，以优雅的方式参与与”调查问卷，他们还提出出了不少宝贵意见，如希望望奥运图书文字注上拼音、、奥运图书分类、介绍民族族文化精神内容等等，他们们还祝福奥运健儿加油，发发挥出色，取得理想成绩····调查问卷部分结束后后，我们大家一起玩趣味互互动游戏，通过互动游戏，，我们所有的实践队员都称称被小朋友们渊博的奥运知知识深深打动了，他们基本本能说出所有的奥运项目名名称、国内外知名奥运队员员、奥运项目规则等等。

　就业业环境的不容乐观，竞争形形式的日趋激烈，面对忧虑虑和压力，于是就有了像我我一样的在校大学生选择了了社会实践工作。打工实践践实践虽然很短，但是在这这段时间里，我们却可以体体会一下工作的辛苦，锻炼炼一下意志品质，同时积累累一些社会经验和工作经验验。这些经验是一个大学生生所拥有的“无形资产”，，真正到了关键时刻，它们们的作用就会显现出来。
