　 很荣幸的能坐在这里述职这一年.自己的成绩与不足。XX年是xx的开头年，也是我们港口发展的最辉煌的一年。在这一年里我们港口的各项工作都取得了优异的佳绩，受到各级领导的高度肯定。特别是全国厂务公开推广活动和常主席，总裁写的《本色》这本书。都受到了中央，省，市的各级领导的高度肯定。这也充分说明了我们能担当起国企的脊梁，国企的标杆。xx期间的规划我们也是条条有序，董家口港区的建设更是热火朝天。面对引航危机我们也是誓不低头，这充分说明了我们青岛港人敢于发展，敢于邪恶势力作斗争，正义的事业是不可战胜的。我能在这样斗志昂扬的企业里工作，我感到非常的荣幸，非常的自豪。我是XX年入港的青岛港是我第二故乡在青岛港工作我无忧无虑，心里踏实。因为青岛港这个大舞台能给我们展现的自我的舞台。只要我愿意干，好好干。港口是不会抛弃我们的所以我们要苦练本领咋根海港。在这短短的四年里我亲眼目睹了港口的快速发展。亲眼目睹了那一心为名造福职工的好政策。XX年在常主席总裁正确领导下我们又一次成为全国学习的典型得到了中央领导，省 ，市领导及各界的高度认可。这说明我们有位好的领导人，有位好的当家人，我们前港公司在张经理的领导下及各级领导的带领下，创造亿吨公司，创出双亿。创造出前港公司历史之最，成为集团学习的好榜样；再春；精神，他对职工更是掏出心窝子将心比心。作为职工我感到有这样的好经理真的非常荣幸，感到自豪我们更是要知福惜福知恩图报。我们卸船队在管队长的领导下紧跟公司，集团领导的步伐始终保持卸船龙头队。公司先进队，标杆队。今年连续3次刷新“孙波效率”成为公司德为重，靠得住的放心单位。XX年第23年来33次增资 马上就要兑现了，我们卸船队每次都是公司基层队增资幅度最高的这次也不例外，所以我要知福，惜福 懂得，回报。

　 我是从一名普通农民，啥都不会。什么也不懂小伙走向今天的岗位。是港口培育了我，无论是从思想认识还是业务技能等各方面都有了很大的提高，同时也深刻认识到自己还有有很多的不足与差距。下面我就从以下几个方面来汇报一下这一年多来的思想、学习和工作情况，不当之处，请领导、同事们批评指正。

　 一、? 成绩与差距

　 在来港这四年多的时间里，自己在队领导和班长老师傅们的带领下，始终把学习放在首位，努力参加实践，提高自身综合素质，在个人思想和业务技能方面都有很大提高。

　 1、 思想方面

　 在这四年时间里，我通过五学、港报、参加队里的培训等形式学习了青岛港的企业文化，回首历史，青岛港从一个贫困小港发展成为世界第七大港，其中的辛酸和坎坷旅程，令人黯然泪下，常主席总裁带领着我们一步一个脚印，勇往直前！坚守精神高地、熔铸革命斗志，八种精神指引着青岛港人历练思想、干事创业；学习了第六届科技大会精神，指引着青岛港人人人创新、岗岗创新， 通过不断的学习青岛港的企业文化，感受常主席总裁的那一颗“一心为民，造福职工”的无私情怀，我的精神得到一次次的洗礼，深刻体会到青岛港核心价值观“信念、感情、珍惜、奉献”的真正内涵，树立了正确的“三观”，增加了对港口的感情，对岗位的珍惜，从而坚定信念，转变工作态度，扎根海港，奉献海港。

　 2、 业务技能方面

　 担任上杆指挥手四年多了，在这四年多里自己学到了很多知识。从不会指挥。到熟练成度，在到带徒成熟。自己都有很大的进步。在每一次破纪录的时候都的到了领导的信任，冲锋上阵，为队里争光添彩，今年在一次交接班的的过程中发现23号抓斗秤杆断裂，还有在靠离船检查设备中发现26号抓斗秤杆裂纹都及时的回报给领导。及时排除了 隐患的进一步扩扩展。也凭自己的一点实力及时在靠离船期间快速更换抓斗为卸船抢时间。同时在监护新职工学车时，及时指出他们的错误，让他们稳，快的出徒 。这一些成绩都离不开队领导培养。

　 3 在安全方面

　 通过的学习自己的安全意识有了很大的提高，在遇到抢船，急活时自己时刻不断的提醒自己要注意安全，确保清仓人员与机械的安全。做到不安全不作业，在一次更换小车轨道颠皮时自己也提出用绳子把扳手绑在手上防止用力过猛高空落物，这事也到了毕班长的表扬。与新职工配合时及时提醒他们做好安全措施，不急 不慌 不忙。

　 以上是自己取得的一点小小的成绩

　 下面是自己查找的不足及措施和今后打算

　 1、 在思想方面，对青岛港企业文化的学习还仅限于表面，未能理解其深刻内涵，思想认识还有待提高；总满足于现状，没有“干就干一流、争就争第一”的工作作风，对自己要求不够严格，标准不高。主要表现工作中由于自己年轻好胜，对于领导的管理有时只考虑自己的利益，与领导发生冲撞，给班组带来负面的影响，造成工作被动，这也由于自己的素质好不够高好要继续的不断学习。

　 2、 在工作中，自己业务技能不算精，对于工作繁忙的时候，还有手忙脚乱的现象，充分说明的业务技能有待提高。解决突发问题的能力不强，因此还需要不断学习新业务、新技术，不断提高自己的各方面综合素质，做到对待任何工作都游刃有余。

　 3、 责任心不强，对工作总是流于表面，得过且过，存在侥幸心理，与优秀职工相比，还有很大差距，存在侥幸心理。遵章守纪做的还不够好，特别是习惯性违章行为反复的重复给自己带来很大的被动，这也是由于自己对安全的一种疏忽心里造成的，也一切是觉不能在反的一旦疏忽都肯能造成不可想象的后果，在维保中存在标准不高。特别是调入三号机对于红旗设备维保标准不高，没做到尽心尽责。

　 三、今后的工作打算和努力方向
