　 贯彻十八届四中全会精神心得体会：全面推进依法治国　党的十八届四中全会从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义出发，站在实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的战略高度，深刻总结我国社会主义法治建设成功经验和深刻教训，对全面推进依法治国进行顶层设计、作出全面部署，为建设法治中国提供了总指针、总遵循。我们要坚持问题导向，突出“三个关键”，抓好“五个环节”，把依法治国各项任务在我省落实好，不断推动法治江西建设取得新成效。

　“三个关键”，即社会公正、社会诚信、社会秩序。其中，社会公正是法治的价值追求，社会诚信是法治的重要基础，社会秩序是法治的基本要求。这“三个关键”是加强法治建设的三个支点，构成了稳定的“三角支架”。
