　 读人间有味是清欢有感

　今年，我局按惯例开开展了“书香机关、尚行公仆仆”的读书活动，其目的在于于深入培养热爱学习、崇尚学学习、主动学习的良好氛围。。借此机会，我阅读了于丹老老师的《人间有味是清欢》，，这本书分生命、成长、幸福福、闲情、行走和流年六个部部分，清新淡雅的文字引人入入胜，通过生活中一个个小故故事透露出一缕缕感悟，让我我感觉自己又重新坐到讲堂里里，听老师传道解惑，静静地地去思考人生，思考生活。以以下通过文章中的一些细节谈谈谈自己的感受：

　在《做一一株土生土长的庄稼》中，于于老师提到自己硕士毕业就到到柳村的一间印刷厂锻炼，那那里条件极其艰苦，从擦拭车车间地板上的油墨，到对医古古文校稿，再到写自己的第一一本书，两年的时间，培养了了她的坦率、信念和一种接地地气后朴素的勇敢，某种意义义上说，柳村的生活经验铸就就了她以后真正的职业化人生生。看到这里，让我感同身受受，我自小在城市里长大，22010年通过全省公考，到到了宁乡县南田坪乡财政所工工作，在乡镇，除了做好财政政本职工作外，还需要配合完完成政府的计生、综治、党建建、到村走访等工作，白加黑黑，五加二，纷繁而繁杂，确确实比较辛苦。两年后，我通通过选调考试进入了长沙市财财政局，但却仍然怀念乡下的的日子，忙碌而淳朴，可以说说，没有乡镇工作的那两年，，我的人生经验就打了折扣。。在那里，我学习了如何从事事基层的财政工作，如何与基基层百姓打交道，为他们服好好务，看到了他们的朴实和勤勤劳，在那里，留下我许多工工作的印迹，而乡下的生活也也充满“欢愉”，它是我生命命中宝贵的财富。

　通过这本本书，我有几点自己的感悟：：

　三是需要在工工作中不断开拓进取。惰性这这东西与生俱来，如果安稳了了、习惯了、舒服了，没有人人希望寻求改变，我是个喜欢欢稳定，却又想有所突破的人人，如今在会计处，完成组考考任务，积极主动为会计工作作者服好务，是我们最主要的的工作，但自己最大的困惑就就是财政业务知识还比较贫乏乏，无法思考和提出一些有建建设性的想法和意见，无法将将工作深入开展，如何做好财财政工作，为财政改革献计献献策是我如今最大的瓶颈。

　人间有味是清欢，我理解的的“清欢”是“清廉和欢愉””，工作上做到清廉，生活中中需要欢愉，这样的人生才能能回归它的本义。读一本好书书，就如心灵鸡汤，使精神得得到滋养，变得富足，我们只只有将作者的感悟和自身的实实际结合起来，才能真正做到到学有所得，学有所获。
