    学校后勤保障工作汇报材料

      学校后勤保障工作情况汇报

     我校位于京山东大门,地处京山、应城、天门三县市交界带,现有学生708人,14个教学班。由于学生人数的锐减,教育教学资源的整合,学校接纳了7个村组远离学校的学生。为了解决这些学生的学习生活问题,学校给予了高度的重视,以服务学生为宗旨,以磨炼学生生活能力为己任,在管理上想办法,在服务上下功夫,夯实学校内部管理,转变服务观念,提高服务质量,力求把管理工作做扎实,做全面。

     抓好学校后勤保障与管理工作,加强农村寄宿制学校学生生活设施建设,改善农村中小学办学条件,努力为学生创造一个平安、健康、文明、和谐、舒适的学习生活环境,推进义务教育的均衡发展,这是我校后勤保障工作的指导思想和最终目标。我校做好大量工作,现汇报如下:

     加强领导,构建长效管理机制

     管理出成果,管理出效益。在后勤管理上,学校后勤处一班人开动了脑筋,紧紧围绕学校后勤服务教学服务学生的宗旨,注重学校内部管理,注重职工职业素质,在管理上下功夫。

     1、成立了以学校校长负总责,后勤主任直接督办的后勤领导专班。有专人负责清洁卫生,有专人负责寄宿学生食宿及卫生,有专人负责食品采购及安全,有专人负责食堂饭菜质量。上下一心,分层管理,责任明确。

     2、加强对后勤职工的管理。每月一次后勤职工工作例会,加强政治学习,提高业务素质,敦促后勤职工爱岗敬业,努力工作。

     3、制定严格的管理制度。在后勤管理工作上,学校拟定了严格的管理制度。对食品采买、报帐支出、出入库登记、学生出入登记等都进行了严格的规定,做到了有章可循,纪律严明。

     优质服务,争创“放心食堂”

     学校食堂是后勤工作的重要组成部分,工作的核心是服务教学,服务师生。学生在校吃的是否好,家长是否放心,直接取决于食堂的服务质量。

     1、饭菜科目翻花样。我校食堂在开办过程中,不断学习外地经验,取长补短,力求更新。真正让学生吃得开心。

     2、饭菜质量出硬招。食堂工人在炒菜时,学校在管理上进行了硬行规定。必须按时择菜洗菜,严禁提早将菜冼出;必须按时炒,严禁提前炒熟;必须放在锅中翻炒,严禁用水煮;真正做到了饭热菜香。

     3、饭菜加工时间出新规。为防止学生吃冷饭冷菜,我们对中晚餐择菜洗菜的时间及加工饭菜的时间上作了严格的规定,每餐饭菜起锅时间不得提前(约15分钟左右),以防饭菜变冷变质,确保学生吃上了热菜热饭。

     4、饭菜卫生安全加倍防范。对食堂工人,我们定期进行政治学习,定期进行身体检查,定期进行业务培训,提高素质,持证上岗;教育食堂工人讲究个人卫生,勤洗手,勤剪指甲,勤洗衣帽,勤穿工作服;加强防范,勤关门窗,杜绝了安全事故的发生。

     7、实施集体采买。食堂食品采买中,大数量物品如面粉、大米、食油等,必须有多人参与,多处访询价格,方可采买,小数量物品必须有两人同行,杜绝了人情价格物品采买的现象。

     三、严明纪律,力办“放心超市”

     服务学生是后勤保障工作的宗旨。学校的超市本着服务学生,保本经营的指导原则,严格内部管理,严明采买纪律,学生在此购物舒心,家长放心。

     1、严格超市内部管理。学校超市由学校工会牵头负责。教代会委派2人进行管理,对超市的物品好坏、环境卫生、服务质量全权监督。

     2、严明采买纪律。超市进货由主管人员负责。定点采购,杜绝“三无产品”进入学校校园。

     3、健全检查机制。超市物品回校后,一是填写食品采购薄,对进货时间、地点、保质日期、生产厂家等进行细致登记;二是及时向学生公示,对价格、质量、数量、保质期等张榜公布;三是学校领导深入超市,对食品给予检查监督;四是对在检查过程中发现的不合格食品及时清除,对采买人员提出严肃批评。

     4、加强职业道德教育。学校对超市工作人员加大管理力度,敦促工作人员加强学习,讲究卫生,热心服务,争创学生满意的售货员。

     四、改造环境,构建“文明宿舍”

     学生在校寄宿是当前教育的一大特点。学校只有改善好住宿条件,学生才能住得下来,才能住得舒心,家长才能放心。

     1、改善住宿环境。在办学经费十分紧缺的情况下,学校筹资对学生住宿的房子进行了全面的装修。地面铺上了地板砖,墙面贴上了墙面砖,墙壁全面粉刷,门窗油漆一新,彻底改变了以往灰尘满地的现象。

     2、实施安全排查制度。学校每月都有专人对学校设施进行安全检查。学生的床铺定期检查,房间的电线电器及时检修,走廊安装了应急灯,配置了灭火器。

     3、实施领导陪寝制度。每周一到周四,学生在校期间,学校值周领导全程陪寝,对学生的衣食住行全程监管,负责处理当天发生的事宜。

     5、解决住宿学生洗漱难题。学校食堂每天坚持向学生提供热水,由值日教师负责发放,确保学生有水洗澡,满足寄宿学生最基本的生活需求。

     6、解决住宿学生饮水难题。学校安装开水器,全天开放,为学生提供开水,杜绝了学生喝生水的现象。

     五、绿化美化,创建“绿色生态校园”

     美的环境给人以美的享受,美的氛围给人以舒心的感觉。

     1、打造特色校园。为了建构净化、美化、文化的校园环境,学校大力营造浓郁的文化氛围,建立文化长廊,营造了良好的育人氛围,让花草留情,让墙壁传意,激励师生奋发向上。

     2、打造绿色校园。学校有专人栽花种草,对校园进行绿化。绿化率达75%。走进校园,花儿成簇,绿树成阴,红堂瓦舍,给人以清新的美感。

     3、打造美色校园。校园主道已全面硬化,学生集会之地铺有彩砖,主大道两旁设有公开栏,体育设施一应俱全,学生学习生活其间,身心快乐。

     六、积极组织,化解学校风险

     学校在管理过程中,加强宣传,积极组织,明确职责,力求化解学校风险。

     1、加大宣传力度,积极配合保险公司,做好学生家长工作,鼓励学生家长给学生投保。我校投保率达99.7%。

     2、校方责任险投保率为100%,为免去学校责任提供了保障。

     3、学生参加城镇医保工作开展顺利,参保率为98.9%。学生的身体健康有了医疗保障。

     4、保险工作存在的问题:保险工作有利于学校的长足发展,但存在弊端。一是保险赔付手续繁杂,学生监护人办起来为难;二是学生参加城镇医保后,不知道如何赔付,赔付机制不健全。

     学校虽做了一系列的工作,但离现代教育的要求还差之甚远。未来需要我们去创造,我们将加强管理,开拓创新,开源节流,大力改善办学条件,改善学生住宿环境,充分发挥后勤保障作用,建学生满意的乐园,办家长信赖的学校,创人民满意的教育。
