　　1. 昨天我们赢得了那场篮球比赛。　　【误】 We beat the basketball match yesterday. 　　【正】 We won the basketball match yesterday.
　　【析】 win和beat意义相近。 win后面的宾语常常是表示比赛或战斗的名词，而beat后面的宾语常常是人或团队、集体，表示“击败”某人或某个对手。
　　2. 你还想在会上讲点别的什么吗？
　　【误】 What other do you want to say at the meeting？
　　【正】 What else do you want to say at the meeting？
　　【析】 other和else都意为“别的、其他的”，但是用法不同。 other是形容词，通常放在名词前面作修饰语；而else是副词，通常放在不定代词、疑问代词或疑问副词后面作修饰语。
　　3. 上周，你在北京的时候拍照了吗？
　　【误】 Did you took photos when you stayed in Beijing last week？
　　【正】 Did you take photos when you stayed in Beijing last week？
　　【析】这是个一般疑问句。 Did是助动词，其后的实义动词必须用原形。
　　4. 去乡村比留在城市里要有趣得多。
　　【误】 Going to the countryside is more much interesting than staying in the city.
　　【正】 Going to the countryside is much more interesting than staying in the city.
　　【析】 interesting的比较级形式是more interesting，在这种比较级前面可以用much作修饰语。
　　5. 我祝你新年快乐。
　　【误】 I hope you a happy New Year！
　　【正】 I wish you a happy New Year！
　　【析】 wish后面可以跟双宾语，而hope后面不能跟双宾语。
　　6. 因为天气冷，所以没有人来。
　　【误】 Because it’s cold，so no one comes here.
　　【正】 Because it’s cold，no one comes here.
　　【正】 It’s cold， so no one comes here．
　　【析】 because是从属连词，用来引导原因状语从句，而so是并列连词，用来连接两个并列分句。因此， because和so不能同时出现在同一个语言环境中，只能选用其中的一个。
　　7. 我们在谈论这里的未来生活。
　　【误】 We are talking about live here in the future.
　　【正】 We are talking about living here in the future.
　　【析】 about是一个介词，其后不能跟动词原形live作宾语，而应该跟动名词living作宾语。
　　8. 你野营过得快乐吗？
　　【误】 Did you have fun camp？
　　【正】 Did you have fun camping？
　　【析】 “have fun doing sth”是固定词组，其中的doing是动词的-ing形式，在形式上不得有任何的改动。
　　9. 鲁迅作为一位伟大的作家而出名。
　　【误】 Lu Xun is famous for a great writer.
　　【正】 Lu Xun is famous as a great writer.
　　【析】 “be famous for ...”的意思是“因……而出名”； “be famous as ...”的意思是“作为……而出名”。
　　10. 你觉得去海南的旅行怎样？
　　【误】 What did you like the trip to Hainan？
　　【正】 How did you like the trip to Hainan？
　　【正】 What did you think of the trip to Hainan？
　　【析】询问某人对某事的印象或评价如何时，应该用“How do you like sb/sth？”或者“What do you think of sb/sth？”来表示。
　　11. 去年夏天我去了厦门。
　　【误】 I went to Xiamen in last month.
　　【正】 I went to Xiamen last month.
　　【析】 last month/year/week可以直接作时间状语，前面无需再加介词in或on。
　　12. 动物园里有一只老虎和很多猴子。
　　【误】 There are a tiger and many monkeys in the zoo.
　　【正】 There is a tiger and many monkeys in the zoo.
　　【正】 There are many monkeys and a tiger in the zoo.
　　【析】当“there be”句型中有两个或两个以上的主语时， be的形式通常取决于靠近它的那个名词的数，也就是采用“就近一致原则”。
　　13. 昨天晚上吉姆没有做作业。
　　【误】 Jim didn’t his homework last night.
　　【正】 Jim didn’t do his homework last night.
　　【析】 “do one’s homework”意为“做作业”，其中的do是实义动词，其过去式的否定形式由“didn’t + do”构成。
