    　　1. It is said the angelica flower lives in mountains. It is a kind of rare flower. One man longed for it day and night. 听说白芷花长在山上,是一种很稀有名贵的花,有一个人做梦都想得到它｡
    　　
    　　2. One day when dawn broke he got to the foot of a mountain. He thought that such rare flowers must grow at the top of a mountain. 有一天天刚亮,他就来到一座大山下,他想这样名贵的东西一定长在山上｡
    　　
    　　3. Then he made a great effort to get to the hilltop and looked for the flowers carefully till the evening, but could find nothing. 于是,他千辛万苦才爬到山顶上,仔细寻找这些花,可是一直到傍晚也没有找到｡
    　　
    　　4. The man wouldn’t give up. Next day, he walked up to the hilltop along the same path and looked for them again and still found nothing. 这个人不甘心,他第二天又照原路到山顶上找,可是还没找到｡
    　　
    　　5. He looked for them several days. At last he said in disappointment, “It seems that there isn’t any angelica flower in the hill.” 一连找了几天,最后他失望地说:“看来这座山上根本没有白芷花｡”
    　　
    　　6. When he went back along the hill path, suddenly he saw angelica flowers in the grass at the foot of the mountain. What a pity, they were damaged by his trample. 正当他沿着山路往回走时,忽然在山脚下的草丛中看到了白芷花,可惜已被他踩得稀烂了｡
