    [实名制车票丢失可挂失] 实名制挂失补车票退票作业流程

    　　旅客出现丢失车票的情况后，要在不晚于停止检票时间前的20分钟，到窗口来办理挂失补办手续，重新买一张写有“挂失补”字样的车票上车。上车以后，旅客要找到列车长，列车长开具客运记录交给旅客作为到站退票的凭证。旅客到达目的地以后24小时内，要拿着列车长开的退票凭证和自己的身份证以及车票，到车站退票窗口办理新车票的退票手续，拿回第二张票的票钱，但需要交2元钱的补票手续费。铁道部表示，原车票已办理退票或挂失手续的，将不再予以挂失。原车票被挂失后按失效处理。但如果补办车票后找到了原车票，可以办理新车票退票手续，原车票效力恢复。

After get on the train, passengers should find the conductor, the conductor will give the passenger the traffic record as the refund receipt when arrive. Within 24 hours the passenger arrive at the destination, should hold the refund receipt, own identification card and ticket applying for ticket refund at the refund window in the station, get back the money for the second ticket, but 2 yuan’s handling fee is needed. The Ministry of Railways said, if the original ticket has been refunded, will no longer register loss.  The refund original ticket will manage as lose efficacy. If the original ticket has been found after register loss, can handle the refund process for the new ticket, the original ticket effectiveness restore.
