　 今年7月28日至8月25日，我有幸在XX教育局电教站进行为期28天的\实习。在实习中，我在部门领导同事的热心指导下，积极参与部门的购销工作，注意把书本上学到的采购与供应链管理知识及相关的物流知识对照实际工作，用理论知识加深对实际工作的认识，用实践验证所学的物流管理理论，探求物流管理工作的本质与规律。简短的实习生活，既紧张，又新奇，收获也很多。通过实习，使我对物流管理工作有了深层次的感性和理性的认识。

　 “纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”在短暂的实习过程中，我深深的感觉到自己所学知识的肤浅和在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏，刚开始的一段时间里，对一些工作感到无从下手，茫然不知所措，这让我感到非常的难过。在学校总以为自己学得不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现自己知道的是多么少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。

　 此次实习主要岗位是购销员，我实习所在的电教站主要是负责采购与供应电教设备给整个县的5所高中，10所中学，和8个镇的小学。电教站在采购之前首先要做的工作是“需求的确定与重新评估”，为此必须对每所学校所申请的电教设备需求进行调查与鉴定，然后定义和评估各学校的需求。这一过程很繁琐，根据各学校提交的申请报告，电教站有责任对实际情况进行核实，以防资源的浪费与虚假。实习的第一周，赖主任就带我到其中的一所中学进行鉴定与评估。

　 第二步是根据需求确定采购的类型，进而进行市场分析，分析当前市场电教设备的生产与供应情况。第三步，选择供应商。确定所有可能的供应商，并对所有资源进行初步评估。某些供应商为达到目的难免会弄虚作假，夸大其词，所以电教站得对这些资源进行调查，选择有信誉的，能提供优质服务与有保证的设备，这不仅关乎教育局的经费有效支出，更涉及用户也就是学校教师与学生的学习质量。这一系列的工作都是为了达到以最少的成本获得最大的效益的目的。选择了供应商后与其就价格，质量，运输与配送及售后服务的谈判。争取彼此信任，友好合作，再签定合同。

　 第四步，接受产品发运与服务。当然这过程中的产品损坏或者是丢失问题的解决办法是由供应商与其所选的运输公司之间确定的，所以设备在此过程中出现的问题，电教部只需与供应商交涉。此外，运输采用的是门到门的方式，也就是供应商直接将设备送至学校。因此电教部避免了库存问题，节约了库存费用，实现了零库存，JIT的理念。最后，对所采购设备进行评价，及供应后的跟踪反馈。这一部分的工作电教站有专门的人员负责与学校方面的联系，将学校反应的情况及时收集整理，再反馈给供应商。

　 “千里之行，始于足下”，这21天短暂而又充实的实习，我认为对我走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，是人生的一段重要的经历，也是一个重要步骤，对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。这一段时间所学到的经验和知识大多来自领导和同事们的教导，这是我一生中的一笔宝贵财富。也让我深刻了解到，在工作中和同事保持良好的关系是很重要的。做事首先要学做人，要明白做人的道理，如何与人相处是现代社会做人的一个最基本的问题。对于自己这样一个面临两年后将步入社会的人来说，需要学习的东西很多，他们也是很好的老师，正所谓“三人行，必有我师”，我们可以向他们学习的知识与道理很多。

　 通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这两年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。虽然这次实习的业务多集中于比较简单的采购与供应，但是，这帮助我更深层次地理解采购与供应链管理流程提供了极大的帮助。我体会到，如果将我们在大学里所学的知识与更多的实践结合在一起，用实践来检验真理，使一个本科生具备较强的处理基本实务的能力与比较系统的专业知识，这才是我们学习与实习的真正目的。此次实习，受益匪浅。
