　　尊敬的各位领导：

　　在市委的坚强领导下，我牢牢把握加强党的执政能力和先进性建设主线，认真履行抓党建工作职责，全县43个党组织、117名党组织书记及党员受到省市表彰，组工满意度居全市前茅，基层组织建设工作两次在全省会议上作交流发言，被省委组织部表彰为"讲党性、重品行、作表率"先进集体。现将履职情况报告如下：

　　一、我把党建工作靠实在强化责任上。作为县委书记，我始终把加强和改进党的建设作为推动XX跨越发展的根本保证，自觉坚持"三个第一",鲜明党建工作导向。一是坚持"党建工作第一大事".调整充实了由我担任组长的党建工作、创先争优和理想信念教育活动领导小组，将党建工作纳入县委常委会议议题，建立了每月一次例会、季度一次专题会议制度，定期听取汇报，解决具体问题。二是坚持"责任落实第一要求".立说立行、行必责实，认真完成市委党建工作领导小组交办的各项工作。出台了《党组织及书记抓党建工作责任制实施办法》，实行目标承诺，形成一级抓一级、层层抓落实的工作格局。三是坚持"群众满意第一标准".牢记"把群众当亲人"的要求，每年都要深入一半以上的乡镇听民声、察民情、解民难，联挂的万贯村党支部被市委表彰为先进党支部，全县各级党组织和党员干部累计帮助万群众脱贫走上致富路。
