　　现在进行时是由助动词be 的人称形式加现在分词构成的，主要表示现在或现在这一阶段正在进行的动作，更重要的是，它有时还可用来表示一个按计划或安排将要发生的动作，即我们通常所说的“现在进行时表将来”。
　　适用此用法的动词有go, come, heave, start, arrive, work, sleep, stay, play, do, have, wear等。请看例句：
　　 We are leaving on Friday. 我们星期五动身。
　　 Are you going anywhere tomorrow? 明天你到哪里去吗？
　　 Are you staying here till next week? 你要待到下星期吗？
　　 I’m seeing the doctor today. 我今天去看大夫。
　　 Mr Smith is giving a lecture in English this afternoon. 史密斯先生今天下午来作英语报告。
　　 How many of you are coming to the party? 你们有多少人要来参加晚会？
　　 We’re having a holiday next Monday. 我们下星期一放假。
